These guys are fantastic!! They get me scheduled quickly, are professional and polite, and their pricing is awesome compared to other places I’ve checked. They are knowledgeable, honest and don’t try to repair things that don’t need it just to make a buck! Which my bank account appreciates lol. I had a plumbing issue where water was leaking into my basement from the kitchen. The kitchen faucet lost its seals and the basket in the sink lost its seal, so it was leaking from two places. I called a plumber from the Blue Pages because I am a Christian. That plumber did not show up. I called Water Works and they came out the very next day. The worker was pleasant and professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the faucet, the basket of the sink and I asked him also to switch out my master bath toilet. We had a brand new water efficient toilet in the garage for 2 years, unopened. The work was well done, in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I recommend them to everyone.

Had a new sump drain pipe installed along with a new sump pump and hot water heater. Everything was done in a very timely and professional manner. Didn't get the names of those working outside digging the ditch and laying the drain pipe. They were respectful of the landscaping and quick to answer any questions we had. Alex did the inside plumbing and, like the outside crew, was very professional and thorough. A few months after the water heater was installed it developed a sulfur smell. After following the suggestions in the material that came with it, the smell remained. I contacted Mr. Rooter and Akex came the next day, did an assessment and gave us an estimate. The ordered parts came the next day and Alex came the following day, a Saturday, and took care of the problem. Alex is impressive in his knowledge of his profession and the manner he conducts himself as a representative of Mr. Rooter. We are very satisfied with all the work and employees of Mr. Rooter, even the people I encountered during the phone calls. Mr. Rooter is the only phone number anyone needs for the best service and a job done right!

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

These guys are awesome. Save yourself a hassle and go here first. Roto whoever or whatever other huge company will charge you an arm and a leg but Accurate Plumbing is fair, reasonable and amazingly efficient and friendly service. They have helped me out a few different times where they even got me in the same day which helped me out tremendously. Will always call them first.

Jess is a Rockstar Plumber! Quick response, fair pricing. They are actually local to Canal Winchester and dont use a third party. Plumbers are knowledgeable and explain what and why they do things.

We’ve used Benjamin Franklin plumbing for our hot water tank, shower leak, and replacing a leaking water meter. Always on time and very reasonably priced. Usually same day appointment. Highly recommend.

Our story will echo most of the other reviews here. Excellent people and service. We originally contacted a very advertised HVAC company when our furnace stopped blowing warm air. Their tech looked at the furnace for 15 minutes and told us it would cost nearly $5000 to repair - so we might as well buy a new one. Carpenter's techs Derek and Greg worked on it for 2 hours and it runs perfectly now. There was no need to buy a new one. If you want honest, hard-working people to help - then look no further than Carpenter.

The technician diagnosed our issue and effected repairs. He explained his findings and made recommendations. Price is a little steep.
