I had a new hot water heater put in about a year ago. the price was quite high but our old heater had gone out.. there service was quick and fast but quite expensive.A little over a year later I wanted to check the anode ( combo anode attached to the hot water outlet) and noticed that the entire system was soudered in so the lines would have to ve cut. There should have been couplings in the tubing to remove the anode. I contacted Waterworks and they charged me a nominal fee. It should have been done for free but I agred to pay it and the workmanship was fine.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any of my plumbing needs. Experienced and honest company. They came recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a need for a good plumbing company.

Everyone was great! Dave Robinson came to look at our old water heater, then went through our options with us. He was very professional, patient, and nice! Dwayne Hodge and his crew came the next day for the install. They were both amazing. I highly recommend them!!

Arrived 2 hours after I called. Checked out and cleared a backed up floor drain into my basement ejector pump.

Russell and Ridge are a good team. They accommodated my schedule. They called to let me know they were on the way. They were polite and wasted no time and completed the work quickly. Good job, guys!

This was my 1st time doing business with Mr Rooter and I was pleasantly surprised, my experience from beginning till the end was a good. My technician Seth Liddle was awesome!! He was knowledgeable and very professional explained everything to me and completed the job in a timely manner.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Office personal and plumber that showed up were professionaland friendly. I called in the morning and they were out here that day. Because I knew what was wrong(hopefully) I had the right part, it was installed and finished in just over an hour. Great job people!
