I had a laundry list of plumbing concerns, for my house is 50 years old, and needed some attention to the plumbing. Chris was punctual, assessed the situation and and came up with the best course of action. I felt comfortable with information he gave and the cost associated with them. Later Josh came to assist Chris, they both did an excellent job, highly skilled, personable and professional. I have already recommended Apex Plumbers Pro to two of my neighbors already. I am very pleased with this company. I will need to address a couple of more plumbing issues and will request Chris ( or Josh) as my technician.

Mr. Leo Long is a TRUE professional that not only knows what he is doing, but also gives a honest opinion and assessment of the situation and recommend the best plan to get it corrected for good.He arrived when scheduled, made recommendations, and completed the work the same day. he took extra care to not take short cuts and completed the installation to our satisfaction.He corrected our water heater expansion tank install that was done by another company during an Furnace and Air Conditioning upgrade. He redid all the copper work they put in and pressurized the expansion tank to the correct setting for the water pressure at my house. He also told me how to CORRECTLY drain the water heater once a year as a part Preventive Maintenance for the water heater. He also tighten the main cutoff valve from the city because it was dripping at no extra change.Mr. Long exemplified the highest level of professionalism. Not only was he friendly and polite, but also respectful of me and my home. Mr. Long demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise pertaining to the service he was providing. He was perfectly patient with and thorough in response to the multitude of questions I posed. Mr. Long also took time to explain and make sure I understood how to operate the unit's controls as well as how to best maintain the unit. We needed a plumber in the evening because our faucet all of a sudden would not turn off. when I called I did not get a answering service but someone who could immediately help me. Mitch W. came to my house within I hour, assessed the problem and fixed it. He was kind, answered all questions and did a great job. I highly recommend Mitch and Mr. Rooter.

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough positive things about Mike Young with this company! He is so wonderful and was fantastic! He was the nicest, most professional plumber EVER! He even recommended me change things with my current washer and dryer that I didn’t even think about! He fixed my water heater, moved it and plumbed another item for me! was in and out in less than a day! Love this company! Very economical as well! He even removed old appliances for us and the left the place better than ever!!

I’m not much of a handyman. I can replace light fixtures, install a ceiling fan, anything electrical (maybe not breaker stuff). I can’t do plumbing or carpentry stuff. So, we needed to replace the kitchen sink and faucet. Faucet was leaking so we thought of replacing the sink too. There goes hiring a plumber to get this done.
Got two quotes. It’s amazing the large gap between the two companies. First one gave us a quote of less than $400 to complete the whole job of removing old sink and replacing with new one. The other one gave us a quote of $1k, $500 to remove and $500 to install.
What a big difference between the two. Same job, one less than $400, the other one 3 times more. Anyway, the job took about one and a half hours total to do. The company was very professional, cleaned the work area after the job.

I first browsed online because of a main sewer back up at our home. Checked the ads by major plumbing companies in the area.

Looked at the *asterisks* that rarely apply to their low priced deals and was skeptical.

Called a retired professional plumber I knew and he advised to call Hesson to check. Got an Immediate response.

Got my drain in service in short order. Have a bad situation with a damaged 50 year old sewer line with a large tree on top. More work will be in order at some point.

This is a hands on family business. I got an HONEST assessment which was appreciated most of all. We will check things in the coming months and address the issue as needed. These folks aren't out to sell big jobs.
They have all the same capability, tech and take a reasonable approach.

I've relied on The Local Plumber LLC twice now - water heater install and also to mend a leaking pipe - and both times were exceptional. Trevor was responsive and quick to get me on his schedule, his prices are fair and most important - he is honest and looks out for you. When he installed our water heater, he went above and beyond by checking the surrounding area and found an exhaust pipe that had disintegrated and was leaking carbon monoxide. He didn't have to take that extra step, but I am so grateful that he did, for our safety! He explains your options well and doesn't pressure you. And he's just a genuinely kind, sharp and capable guy. He's who we will always call first!

Antwan was amazing to work with! He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. The home we bought needed a lot of plumbing work. As with many renovation fixes, sometimes one issue would lead to another problem. Antwan ensured we were informed every step of the way, found areas where we could save money (without compromising quality), and made sure he did not leave our home until he could confidently say he addressed all issues, and even provided pictures when possible.
