Needed a professional plumber called G&M. Appreciated the straightforward pricing structure, the friendly call agent and plumber. Will use again next time needed. Took bids from a few other firms, some never even showed up while others weren't on time, was happy to use G&M with their quality product and competitive pricing.

This was our first RotoRooter experience and we were very happy with it. They were able to come out same day. They called ahead as they said they would. The problem was fixed quickly. It was a little pricey, but worth it to get the problem fixed.

I had an excellent experience with Charlie and DrainMaster. I highly recommend this company. I needed my sewage line scoped urgently to sell my house. DrainMaster was able to scope the line and send the video over earlier than they typically do. Everyone I worked with at DrainMaster went above and beyond to ensure I received the video and could get it sent to the buyer. ARS- Rescue Rooter has serviced our home on 2 separate occasions. Today, Justin remedied our problem in a professional and thoughtful manner. Care to cleanup was taken and explaining what caused the problem was easy to understand. Totally professional and informative.....would highly recommend him and ARS Rescue Rooter to anyone with a sewer problem.

After a drain backup in our basement, we got a couple of estimates for repair of the problem. Mr. Rooter was the more economical and workable option (no tearing up the basement floor!). Aaron, who described to us the process of descaling and hydro-jetting the main line, was very clear and forthright in his explanations. We knew what to expect and when. When the excavation descaling/hydro-jetting team came a few days later, they were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. We were satisfied that the job was done professionally and correctly. Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

Had a water heater that needed replacing and Accurate Plumbing was out the same day. We also had Atlas Butler and the Eco Plumbers out for estimates. Accurate Plumbing beat both companies by $900 to $1200. Accurate Plumbing had everything done by noon. Call these guys first.

I called Plumbing One to fix a leak in my kitchen ceiling. First off, the lady I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment was nice. She helped me out by working around my son's school schedule to get Jesse, my awesome plumber, to my home as soon as possible. Jesse was nice and informative. I've used Ben Franklin Plumbing in Grove City multiple times. They've always been fast to respond, show up when they say they will, and resolve the problem on the first visit. I've even used them outside normal business hours and received prompt and friendly service. They are my go-to plumber in the Grove City area.

Great communication, and calls if there are questions or things that haven't been discussed vs. doing what's easiest. Takes pride in his work, which is hard to find in this field. We had a new clothes washer installed because the old one had stopped working properly. We had a week's worth of dirty laundry, too since it took several days from ordering to delivery. When the installers hooked everything up, suddenly the faucets leaked when they had not before. I called MB Plumbing since they had installed a toilet for me a year ago and did so with great service. This time, they not only responded quickly, but also they had the same guy, Joe, come out the next moring and he he fixed things up within minutes. Love these guys. I would highly recommend.
