Best Sewer Line Cleaning And Inspection in Columbus OH

Called them this morning to ask if I could get a new bathroom faucet and shut-off valve installed sometime today. They indicated no problem and promised a service man would arrive between 12-3. At noon I received a call from Moose to indicate he was on his way. He arrived in 15 minutes and completed the job within an hour. Moose was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. My complete experience couldn't have been better!

On a Sunday morning our sewer drain stopped up and water backed into our kitchen from the kitchen sink. Rotor Rooter was called and immediately responded. Unfortunately they could not repair on Sunday evening due to a broken router, but they were at our home first thing on Monday morning and immediately cleared our drains. I really like that they texted the name of our repairman and a time period for his arrival arrive. Additionally the repairman texted his arrival time when he was 30-45 minutes from us..

Waterworks everytime we have used them are phenomenal, professional, friendly, honest, and explain what they are fixing and what was wrong. Thanks to the two techs they sent I now have hot water restored.

We moved into our house yesterday and discovered we had some plumbing issues that needed immediate attention. Blake took the time to inspect and investigate all issues and then explained everything to me before he started the job. He was thorough, quick, and professional. I have a water heater job that needs to be taken care of soon and I will definitely call and request that he’s the one who handles my the job. These guys are great and I’m glad I called them first.

Worst company I’ve dealt with in a very long time. probably the most unprofessional and incompetent people I’ve worked with. Literally didn’t show up on The day of first appointment. Called next day to make another appointment for next week. Didn’t show up on time so I called again. Showed up an hour later for an estimate. Gave me an estimate and told me the office would call me to make an appointment with me to actually get my drain fixed. No one ever called me. I called two days later and the lady at the office told me the job was marked as “complete” when it literally wasn’t even started. So I made an appointment for the next week for my drain to actually be fixed. Guy was 45 mins late again and was rude. Didn’t fix the drain. Couldn’t have had a worse experience. Will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. I’ll make sure that every home owner I know and that moves to Columbus never uses drainmaster. They clearly don’t care about how they treat people or care about other people’s time, which in 2019 is the worst thing you could do.

Not impressed with this company or their service. I won't go into all the details but I thought when they offered the service of jet scouring our septic system that they would be somewhat familiar with a septic system. They were not. They didn't open half of the boxes to even see inside. They jet scoured only the tanks up to the inspection box, which they seemed unfamiliar with, and called it a block that they couldn't clean past, when our blockage and issues were definetely past that, in the leech field, and my husband was 10 minutes from having the box dug up and accessible for them. But instead of trying to get past to finish the job, they packed up and left. Our quote for the job was for 2 hours of work. They stayed 45 minutes, didn't complete the job or solve our issue, and still charged us over $1,000. A complete waste of money.Hired someone else to do the job correctly and it cost only $215 for 3 hours of work and the job was done successfully. Thank you Affordable Septic!! I reached out to have my vent stack cleaned/cleared. They came out and quoted a price to do so, and proceeded to not address the vent stack, waste time in their van doing nothing and suggest progressively more elaborate services that were non-related to my request. The issue I called them for was not addressed at all and I had to pay for the guy to sit in his van for an hour talking to his 'supervisor'. Terrible and unprofessional experience that wasted my time and money.

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! Thank you guys for all you help, great customer service !!!

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

Our shower had been dripping for some time. A previous plumber had refused to tackle the job because of the difficulty. Mike from Accurate Plumbing overcame the difficulty. It took some time but the job was finished, and now the shower seems to work better than when it was new. Mike also repaired a toilets that I had asked him to look at. The charge for these jobs was more than reasonable.

Excellent all around. A very difficult job but Quality Drain were onsite immediately and stayed countless hours until it was complete and correct. Very responsive, excellent communication and very professional staff. Cannot recommend a company more highly than Quality Drain
