I manage Eastpointe Ridge Apartments and we use Plumbing & Drain Professionals anytime we need them. Normally, we call them worst case scenario and each time they have been here quickly and their techs are very knowledgeable!! Its hard to find a company that runs the way they do and with the people they have working. They are great!!

The plumber, Mike, was professional and explained what needed to be done as he went along. He was efficient, transparent, and, arrived early to the job to boot!

Cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the service they provided. They removed a leaky saddle valve that was for our humidifier and put in a 'real' valve. They also did the plumbing for the natural gas pipes for our home generator. Very courteous,, professional. Sean and Jake were the best .. they will be the ones we call for any of our plumbing needs.

We then had David Stilp from Muetzel plumbers who was very honest and basically said it does not need changed now! We appreciated his honest opinion that was built on his years of experience! We now know who to ask for when we need help!

Jun 9, 2020: 2nd time using Mr. Rooter. Way later than the scheduled appointment time but to be fair, they did call to say they were behind. That being said, my water leak was a simple fix but one beyond my ability. Aaron arrived and crushed it! I will always call Mr. Rooter first.Keep in mind, this is New Years Day 2018. No hot water because of suspected bad element and I couldn't drain the tank. Was given an appointment time of 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Adam arrived at 4:45. He had no magic trick to drain the tank but with a minimum of water loss he quickly took out the bad element and inserted the new one. Not exactly what I expected or wanted but Adam did what he could based on my circumstances. He was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. I'm very grateful that he was available on New Years Day!

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

I called on a Friday and was told they were overbooked through Tuesday. The lovely lady answering the phone said she would still take down my info in case there was any time that came available. Within just a couple of hours, they had techs who could help.

The techs showed up when they said they would, very quickly assessed the situation and just as quickly resolved my issue. Techs were nothing but professional, efficient and so kind.
