We had issues with our water heater on Sunday (yesterday). I was pleased that we could have someone come out to take a look and let us know what we needed to do. The office offered a 30 min call ahead prior to someone arriving (which we did not get). The gentleman that arrived looked at our water heater and stated he didn't have the parts necessary to fix the problem. Fine. We set up a window to have a tech come out this morning between 8-12, ***requesting a 30 min call ahead*** at roughly 11:50 am we had heard nothing, so we called. We were unapologeticly told that they were just about to call us, they were slammed with emergencies and would need to change our window to between 2-6pm. It would have been nice to have a heads up. It would have been polite to do that for customers that have been waiting all morning. The woman who answered the phone simply interrupted the concerns voiced and was rude. I've worked in customer service for 13 years. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If you cannot take the work, simply voice that. It's understandable. We would have made other arrangements. I've been at home all day and have not heard from them. It's after the 6pm window. We FINALLY received a call at 6:30. They have inconvenienced my entire family.

Eric replaced my leaking garbage disposal in an efficient and professional manner. We spent the entire time talking about our diverse fishing experiences, but he never slowed down in his work. I have used Mr. Rooter several times over the years, and the work has always been well done.

They always do a professional job at great rates, responsive and get the job done. Highly recommend them.

Eddie was a godsend for us. When our plumbing backed up over the New Year's holiday, Eddie came out and helped us out even though it was a holiday. The issues he uncovered, and the hard work that he put in to fix them were done in a timely and professional manner. We had Jim Witt come to our home to replace a water heater. He is a most impressive young man! Fast, polite, efficient, VERY safety conscious, super tidy, and detail oriented. I am now looking forward to my next plumbing project, which I would ordinarily dread. But, with Jim, he is welcome to come back for ALL my plumbing projects!

They did a terrific job replacing my sewer pipe and they left everything looking neat and clean. I would definite call them again for any plumbing service.

So i Scheduled an appointment for them to do 2 repairs on my shower and faucet. I researched and saw all these bad reviews. so i called the day before to ensure they were still coming, they confirmed they would be there between 9-1 next day. So i took Next day off work and no one showed for the appointment. At 1pm i called and they said someone would be there they were just running late. So i waited until 3 i then began calling again, but was getting all calls ignored until i called from a different number, the call was answered on the first attempt... They said they were still coming just running late. I continued to wait no one ever showed up and i called multiple times with no response. Believe all the bad reviews, they completely wasted my day with zero remorse or care what so ever. Now i have to set time with another company and waste another day off of work. Terrible buisiness, i will forever tell people do not use them now

I called them because one of the trucks was driving up 315 so I let them know I had a peppered windshield but they didn't seem to care
