Nathan was professional and friendly and when entering our home he immediately placed on his shoe coverings. Nathan explained all potential issues and the costs associated before performing the work. I would have given five stars, but because the company had me scheduled for the previous day, and never showed even after they called to let me know they were still coming. We sat around all day on our day off for nothing to finally receive a call at 8:30 PM that they were not coming and there was no courtesy discount offered for the inconvenience.

Ed and Dan prompt and professional. They also provided insight into another problem the site had and offered to get more information. Very nice.

They replaced our water softener. I was impressed with the service, especially Brandon. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and the area was clean. He was amazing!!

This team was amazing helping us replace our leaking water heater today, and drying the floors. Every person we came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and ultimately got the job done well. I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to get everything fixed same-day.

Mr. Williams was very responsive from the time I called all the way til he completed the service and left. I could tell he was very experienced and an expert in his field from our very first conversation.

My kitchen sink was leaking water due to my sprayer being disconnected (and very old). Mr Williams kept me updated with his ETA. He alerted me when he was on his way. He and his son Derek arrived, promptly assessed the situation and suggested a resolution. He even FaceTimed me from the store so I could pick out my own new faucet. They did an excellent job and were done very quickly. His pricing was very fair and invoicing very sophisticated.
Both he and his son were very personable and professional. Overall, I was very impressed with his service and will definitely use his company in the future as well as refer him to family and friends.

As many others have said, Eddie is top notch. He was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I had several other plumbing businesses come out to quote a slow draining drain in my egress window. I had one company quote $305 to run a snake, and another company that quoted $650 to scope/hyrdoblast my drain. I called Eddie, and explained to him my situation, and explained that I wasn't entirely sure how or where the drain ended. We talked over the phone about potential options (Very knowledgeable) and he offered to come out to see if we couldn't figure out what the problem was. He showed up on time, and got to work. He was able to use a shop-vac to remove most of the rocks and debris that had been placed in the drain by the previous owners. We found out the the drain was only a short run to the foundation drainage (obviously the other options that the other plumbers suggested would not have been needed). Eddie saved me a ton of money, and hassle from simply taking the time to fully understand what was needed before doing any work. Today I hooked up a garden hose and ran it full blast. No issues to speak of. I would easily call West Plumbing again for any tasks, and would recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors.

Prompt and professional, same day and on time. Daniel was great, even cleaned the area around the drain that wasn't impacted by the clog. Will definitely use them again.

They did a terrific job replacing my sewer pipe and they left everything looking neat and clean. I would definite call them again for any plumbing service.

I could give them 0 stars if I could - they don't know anything about plumbing - Please stay away even if they offer you service free of cost - complete waste of time and money !

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.
