When I really needed help and I had no idea what to do I called Plumbing and Drain Professionals... they talked me trough turning off the water and sent a plumber out to me faster than I expected. Same night my problem was no more. And they were nice enough to recommend a great company for the water removal. It's really is true... when you need a Professional don't settle for any less. Collin resolved the overflow problem. The toilet works better than ever.Ryan and Mark are easy to work with. After the install of one of the faucets, they returned to repair a leak in a supply line and the drain. Everything is working fine now. I appreciate the timely return to make the repairs.

Replaced entire kitchen drain system. The office person was extremely nice and tried to work me in same day but my fault. They did show at appointed time and took time to explain and fix issue at same time. Have me a receipt for every part used and time was accurate.. they are now my go to folks

When my water heater died, I called the plumbing company I've been using for 25 years at 8am on Friday morning. They were not going to be able to come out until at least the following Thursday! At the recommendation of a friend, I called DrainMaster. The gentleman I spoke to was very courteous and professional, and he made a quick call then returned to let me know they could get me in that day. The guys arrived early that afternoon, and I think they were in and out in an hour! Again, they were very courteous and professional, went right to work, and cleaned everything up perfectly. Not a thing was left behind! In addition, they found another leak in the same area and took care of it without charging me an extra dime over what I was quoted. The cost seemed very reasonable and included not only the warranty on the tank, but also a one-year warranty on their labor. I'm so pleased with everything about this experience! DrainMaster has earned a loyal new customer!!

We had different plumbers checks our sewage pump in an office building, got quotes to change it along with piping that reached 5k! We then had David Stilp from Muetzel plumbers who was very honest and basically said it does not need changed now! We appreciated his honest opinion that was built on his years of experience! We now know who to ask for when we need help!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

I have worked with Accurate Plumbing for the last 5 years. They have always been quick to respond and service. Unfortunately we had an incident of black mold generating from a broken seal at the base of commode. I already had an Appt the following week to unclog drain, but when I called Mike and explained the situation he had Bill out within hours. Bill was great about resolving the issue and cleaning up. (As well as fixing the items I already had an Appt for!). Highly recommend!

Trevor helped us update our shower. It was during flu season and he was happy to reschedule our estimate when our family got sick prior to his arrival. He was very transparent with us about our options and helped us figure out what repairs to make now if we plan to fully remodel the tub/shower in the next few years. He even talked us through what his recommendations would be when we decide to make those bigger updates. He wasn’t trying to upsell and gave us honest feedback based on what he could see throughout his estimate. He was able to get the work done the same day he came out to perform the estimate which worked out perfectly. Trevor was very professional and with the quality of service we received, we’re confident we found our guy for all our future plumbing needs.

I use this company for all plumbing issues I have. They do an excellent job, their prices are reasonable, and they don't try to push you into doing work you don't need. They saved me money today by explaining that the service they thought I needed is now the service I don't need. I can absolutely recommend them.

I experienced great service!! I had an issue with my drain being backed up and I was able to schedule service for the next business day... what a lifesaver! Today I had Antwan clear my drain. He cleared the drain and also looked at all the restrooms in the house to assess whether or not there were any other issues. He was very patient with me and graciously and thoroughly answered my MANY questions. He also provided me suggestions to prevent my issue from reoccurring as well as some recommendations for fixing other plumbing issues in the house. Tommy is a coward and liar. I had Tommy come to my home three weeks ago to investigate a water leak I was having from my second floor bathroom. He told me that it would be two weeks before someone could come to my home to make the repair. After waiting three weeks with no communication, I called him to get an update on their schedule. I asked him point blank if he would be able to service my home in the next week since I am 5 months PREGNANT and without a shower (it is my only full bathroom). He assured me it would be Wednesday and Thursday of the next week. I called at the beginning of the week and received no reply. I sent him an email and he told me that he could not get to me until late September or early October. My issue with Calhoun is that if he would have been honest and transparent from the beginning instead of lying, I could have found another company to service my home. TOMMY completely waisted my time and had no remorse for his actions. He did not care that as a pregnant woman I had to constantly go to my neighbors house to shower and walk two flights of stairs just to use the bathroom. Moral of the story: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CALHOUN!!!!!
