When I really needed help and I had no idea what to do I called Plumbing and Drain Professionals... they talked me trough turning off the water and sent a plumber out to me faster than I expected. Same night my problem was no more. And they were nice enough to recommend a great company for the water removal. It's really is true... when you need a Professional don't settle for any less. I had a Waterworks employee out to my house on a Wednesday, two and a half weeks ago to gather information so that I could be given an estimate. He was very professional and my husband and I were very happy. We had many questions and were looking for suggestions. He was knowledgeable and a very good communicator.Skip ahead two and a half weeks. I've called the Waterworks office maybe 8 times (the ladies who answer the phone are always very friendly, which I appreciate). Still I have no estimate and no one has been able to give me a reason why. I left a message with the person who was putting together the quote asking him to call me back ASAP. It has been several days and I've received no phone call. I am going to look for someone else.

Replaced entire kitchen drain system. The office person was extremely nice and tried to work me in same day but my fault. They did show at appointed time and took time to explain and fix issue at same time. Have me a receipt for every part used and time was accurate.. they are now my go to folks

I called on Saturday afternoon and within an hour, they were at my property. The man looked over the problem, confirmed that I wanted it fixed and he cleared the clog, and gave a full detail of what he did. Then he followed the repair with pictures and a short video to assure me it was running clear. I was completely satisfied!! Call Mr Rooter! He’s my new plumber!

Repaired and replaced parts under sink

Bad business. paid them to unclog main line, they broke it. they still charged is and gave estimate to repair their damage, we agreed and set appointment, they never showed and will not answer phone. We're out the money and still have a damaged line. Contacted the prosecutor's office and they said someone else had filed suit against this person the day before and ours will be held until the other case gets moving. I do not recommend!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

Our shower had been dripping for some time. A previous plumber had refused to tackle the job because of the difficulty. Mike from Accurate Plumbing overcame the difficulty. It took some time but the job was finished, and now the shower seems to work better than when it was new. Mike also repaired a toilets that I had asked him to look at. The charge for these jobs was more than reasonable.

Had the owner come out and assess the issue with my downspout and sump pump at the end of the week. The following Monday, members of his crew came out and quickly resolved all my and my wife's concerns. They are very reasonable priced, go out of their way to be helpful and informative, and were extremely professional and respectful to our home. Will definitely call again for plumbing needs.

amazing prices efficient work

Chuck and the whole team were amazing. We had our water line in the front year break on a Sunday. Chuck personally came over to make sure that we were in a good spot and took care of the immediate needs. He and the team were at my home on Monday morning to get to work and stayed late to ensure they fixed the problem. The team was very personable and made sure we understood everything they were doing throughout the process. Highly recommend and will use them again if I have another need.

The Local Plumber communicates well, responds quickly, and does a great job explaining what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. You never feel like you're being ripped off or scammed, but that you know exactly the problem and the solution, and he fixes it quickly.

We emailed Antwan on Monday and he was able to come Wednesday (not an emergency repair). He was on time, super professional, and did an excellent repair on the pipes beneath our kitchen sink. The price was super reasonable and less than we even expected. Would definitely recommend and we will be calling him again for future repairs!
