Our water was turned off because of a burst pipe and the clean up couldn't begin until the repair was completed. Chris, with Water Works, arrived within the hour to fix the pipe. The clean up company was able to get back in to start the process of drying out the basement. It was really appreciated to have water so quickly. Chris was very professional and certainly timely. We would recommend Water Works and will call them if another disaster occures. Good job Water Works!

Fritz Baumann Plumbers repaired a leaking pipe behind my washing machine and reconfigured piping under tub. John did a great job of removing roots from my sewer line, while advising me of cost effective ways of maintaining a clear line. After several prior estimates from other companies, I felt John and DrainMaster weren't trying to sell me on something I didn't need, but repaired what needed to be repaired and allowed me the option to take care of what I could on my own to save money. John was knowledgeable, pleasant, and transparent about the whole process.

I had a phenomenal experience with Muetzel Plumbing! I live in an older victorian home and needed a valve replaced on an old galvanized pipe along with additional work to bring our main water line up to code. I had six plumbers come out to look at the job and half of them refused because they didn't think they would be able to do it successfully and risk having to replace our entire water line. Two different Plumbers recommended I called Meutzel for such a tricky job. They came out same day, Sean the Plumbing Service Manager was very knowledgable and went above and beyond even reaching out to the city inspector himself to make sure everything was copacetic before beginning the work and patiently answered all of my questions. Steve the Plumber was scheduled to do the work and he was EXCELLENT. He arrived a few minutes early, had all the tools & materials that were needed and gave me a step by step breakdown of what he planned to do before starting the work. He completed the job without any issues and even finished in a shorter period of time than was quoted. Steve was professional, knowledgable, and honest throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using Steve in the future and highly recommend him for any complex plumbing work! Thank you again Steve!

Mitch was super helpful, even told me what I can and can’t use on my drains to help unclog them. He was nice enough to show me what part was broken under the sink (which then ended up not being the issue after he accessed what was the problem). Worked around my issues in the house as in no electric in half the house but he used his own light source and was helpful! Definitely recommend Mitch.

Matt from The Service People was the third company that came to fix our gas leaks to the stove, furnace, and water heater. The first one never came back, the second company spent an entire day here and it wasn't fixed. Then I called The Service People and Matt came out and fixed everything in a very professional manner.
