John (owner) was very compassionate in the middle of the night and tried to walk me through what I could do before determining that I definitely needed a new shower valve - I damaged valve previously, trying to get very old stuck cartridge out.
They came next morning and fixed everything correctly - retrofitting to new style valve.
They were great (knowledgeable and professional employees) and more than reasonable for the amount of work required in my situation!

Affordable and effective

I've had Waterworks to my home twice and had excellent experiences both times. Today I was visited by Derick who was extremely knowledgeable, polite and punctual. I had a phenomenal experience with Muetzel Plumbing! I live in an older victorian home and needed a valve replaced on an old galvanized pipe along with additional work to bring our main water line up to code. I had six plumbers come out to look at the job and half of them refused because they didn't think they would be able to do it successfully and risk having to replace our entire water line. Two different Plumbers recommended I called Meutzel for such a tricky job. They came out same day, Sean the Plumbing Service Manager was very knowledgable and went above and beyond even reaching out to the city inspector himself to make sure everything was copacetic before beginning the work and patiently answered all of my questions. Steve the Plumber was scheduled to do the work and he was EXCELLENT. He arrived a few minutes early, had all the tools & materials that were needed and gave me a step by step breakdown of what he planned to do before starting the work. He completed the job without any issues and even finished in a shorter period of time than was quoted. Steve was professional, knowledgable, and honest throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using Steve in the future and highly recommend him for any complex plumbing work! Thank you again Steve!

Steve Mills was our service tech. Your company sent an email with Steve's picture on it before he arrived. That was a great way to verify your tech. Steve put on his boot covers and introduced himself. I showed Steve what the problem was and after a few minutes he came out and advised us of the situation. Steve told us the cost to fix and we agreed to have him do the work. After Steve finished he brought out the old part and went over what all he did. I feel very confident that the job was done correctly and that Steve and your company are both honest and professional. I will use Mr. Rooter for all my future plumbing needs and hope I can keep Steve Mills as my personal plumber.

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

Sent email in to website for toilet repair. Got a phone call back first thing the next day. Appointment made for 2 days later (which was fine due to the Holiday). Got a call back and they had an opening today. Serviceman came out, completed repair. Very professional with fair prices. Highly recommend!!!

Great customer service!!! Fast and efficient!!! My business had backed up drains at 11pm. I called plumbing one they were out in about 20min did a quik assessment of the problem wasted no time got the problem fixed and saved me from closing down that evening!!
