We decided to call another company and get a second opinion, second plumbing company came in (Documented everything with pictures) and noticed water valve was halfway closed. Didn’t need anything at all.

We had a blockage with our sump pump lines due to trees, causing water in the basement. They can they saw, and they conquered the blockage.

Great service, great explanation of work, listed different options to tackle the job, and did it for a great price. I will be using Fritz Baumann & Sons in the future for future projects and fixes!

Called at 2:00pm and they were at my home around 4:30pm Same day!!! I was so thankful that they were able to come out then. My hot water heater needed replaced. Daniel explained everything and answered all questions. Installation was completed same day! Also, they sent me a really thoughtful Thank you gift. I’ve never had that happen before.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

I called Plumbing One to fix a leak in my kitchen ceiling. First off, the lady I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment was nice. She helped me out by working around my son's school schedule to get Jesse, my awesome plumber, to my home as soon as possible. Jesse was nice and informative. He showed me what was wrong, fixed it , and gave me advice on a plumbing project that I plan to tackle in the near future. I would absolutely call Plumbing One again. Thanks Jesse!

Had a sewer line issue at 10:40p. Made a call to Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they were at my house in 20 minutes. Saw the problem and alleviated the immediate issue, had a crew back to my house the following morning and solved the problem completely. For the work that they did, the price was good.

My 80 year old grandmother called this company upon the recommendation of a neighbor. Despite their being a ONE WEEK wait, she continued with the company even though she was without hot water this entire time. She ended up going to the hospital during that week wait, and her neighbors met with the plumber. He made one small fix, which ended up not working by the time he walked out the door, ultimately resulting in the hot water heater needing replaced. The company never once asked my grandmother for her approval or gave her a quote, nor did they attempt to contact any family, they strictly took the word of a neighbor to put in this appliance. The neighbor had told us she had hers replaced recently, and it cost her approximately $500. Jack L Woods company decided to install an $875 water heater (gas and only 40lbs) and charged over $300 in labor, with supposed extra time needed for extra parts. They also charged for the initial fix which did nothing to help at all. When confronted about these discrepancies in the bill, the person on the phone was unwilling to make any adjustments, or compensation. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They take advantage of elderly women in hospitals, and do anything to make a quick extra buck at the expense of the vulnerable!

Wish I could leave 0 stars!! Our home warranty company sent Miller Raney plumbing to our home to fix a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Experience was overall horrible and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

The tech wore no shoe coverings and broke my Scentsy warmer and did not tell us (we saw after he left that he had cracked it in half and tried to put it back together). We had access to the repair needed through the attic, but he chose to cut a hole in the bathroom ceiling instead. Without telling us first. We only found out as he left and said “Sorry about the hole in the ceiling”. The company said they would not repair holes created as needed for access to a repair. They said that they only cut into the ceiling as an absolute last resort, so the tech must have had a good reason. But we had access through the attic, so this was not needed. When questioned, the tech said the reason it was “necessary” was because he was too big to fit into the attic access. He did not even look at the attic access once! Even so, the next logical step would be to get a different guy who could do the repair the proper way. Instead, he cut away the ceiling and left the dust and dirt all over my bathroom floor. We were left with a gaping hole in the ceiling that was our responsibility to fix solely because this guy figured he would be too big to get into the attic (without even looking at the attic!).
I talked to many people at the company, including the owner, about how I felt that this was unfair. There was attic access that he chose not to consider, so now I have to pay who knows what to get my drywall fixed. It was entirely unnecessary damage! They never tried to understand or work with me, it was all “You can’t prove he didn’t try the attic. You can’t prove that he left a mess.” The company’s final response after that was “We have determined that we are no longer a part of this issue.” To top it all off, the leak came back not even a week later.
Horrible in-home etiquette, horrible customer service, overall horrible experience!
