After being treated very badly by a competitor, I called G&M. I couldn't have been more pleased. Aaron was responsive, professional and kept in close communication during the process. I found their prices to be fair and their recommendations on future work valid as well. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

The first day we had them scheduled they were too backed up to make it, even though we had scheduled an appointment.

I had a main that needed snaked. I called these guys, and it was a huge mistake. They didn't tell me how much it was going to be before coming out, and then after fifteen minutes of work, they gave me a bill for $294 . A few weeks later, they sent me an updated bill and it was for $394. This is absolutely insane. They are crooks. Use someone else.

Cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the service they provided. They removed a leaky saddle valve that was for our humidifier and put in a 'real' valve. They also did the plumbing for the natural gas pipes for our home generator. Very courteous,, professional. Sean and Jake were the best .. they will be the ones we call for any of our plumbing needs.

I never write reviews but I just had to so no one else has to stress about using this company (or maybe just this specific location). Yesterday I called about a blocked shower drain and toilet I needed looked at, they said they’ll have someone out to my house by 3:30. they called close to 3:30 to say they were running late, no big deal, but they would go on to call multiple more times that day to say they were behind but would have someone here as soon as they could. Around 7pm I got a call saying no one could make it today but would be there at 12-12:30 tomorrow! Even though I don’t have a working toilet, I was okay with waiting until tomorrow I know things happen. So I get a call at 12:50 today..”we’re a little behind today but someone is finishing up a job and will be to your address shortly” 3:45 rolls around so I call them, rightfully irritated I’ve now waited over 24 hours for them to show up, some man gets on the phone asking why I wanted to cancel my appointment, (is it really an appointment if no one ever shows up? Lol) I explain what has happened and say “it’s obvious no one is going to show up”. All he had to say was “oh well sorry that happened, I’ll let them know you’re cancelling”
So super unprofessional, irritating, and all around just confusing that no one could make it to my house within 24 hours? And there was someone supposedly on their way to my house multiple times?? I guess they just got lost.

Highly responsive, super good pricing & products used. I would recommend them to others and often do for both the big & small projects on my home & my rental properties. Very pleased with service

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Accurate plumbing did a great job with my house. Their prices were way lower than the rest of the estimates and the kindness of the employees highly impressed me. I highly recommend them. Mike Sr., hat off to you sir for being so great.

I have now found my plumber! Tim came & fixed my garbage disposal & clogged sink. They were able to get me in the same day, and were at my home less than half an hour. Tim was very informative and helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sold or scared into buying anything additional. I will definitely use them again, and recommend to friends.

They came out within 24 hours. Fixed it quick. Professional. Nice people. Would recommend highly. Had a few price options for our faucet that burst over winter. Great dude, has a nice beard too.
