I was personally referred to Fritz Baumann & Sons, Inc. and was very pleased with prompt scheduling by Steve. The tech Tim was masked, polite and professional. He diagnosed two issues, made repairs to one and let me know what city dept. to contact re the other. He also installed new under-sink shut offs and a new faucet in the kitchen and replaced a bathroom vanity and sink. All in one day! Will definitely refer and use them again!

Sewer cleaning

I wasn't going to leave a review, but after my discovery yesterday, I felt it was necessary. Had to have a plumber come out and unclog our main sewer line. Moved my washer dryer and Depp freezer out from the wall so he could get the to pipe and do what he needed. I left everything plugged in. This was last week. Didn't think much of it. Been downstairs to use the washer and dryer multiple times. However, today we went down to put some meat in our deep freeze as we hadn't stocked any in a couple of weeks. We have an upstairs freezer we use from first so we hadn't touched the deep freeze in at least two weeks. Went down to discover he had unplugged it for his camera or something and DIDNT PLUG IT BACK IN. We lost at least $200 in meat, including the turkey we had just bought before that for Thanksgiving this year. Oh- and he left his jacket too.

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

Called first thing in the morning for a shower valve repair and they were able to send someone out straight away, which was unexpected but nice. Mike Jr. Showed up a short time later and replaced a shower valve quickly and efficiently, all is back to normal now. Service was fast and at a reasonable cost - very pleased with this company and will surely use them for additional plumbing projects.

Tom and D.J. from Plumbing One LLC installed 2 new toilets and removed the old ones. Their work was done very efficiently and professionally. I did not have to worry about a thing! They picked up the new toilets at the hardware store for me as well. The new toilets were installed perfectly and I am pleased with the result.
I have used Plumbing One in the past, and have always found their plumbers to be knowledgeable and experts in their trade, as were Tom and D.J. They work really hard to please the customer. Alicia and Donna at the office are very helpful in scheduling and coordinating the work. I definitely plan to use Plumbing One LLC for future plumbing needs in my Canal Winchester home.

I experienced great service!! I had an issue with my drain being backed up and I was able to schedule service for the next business day... what a lifesaver! Today I had Antwan clear my drain. He cleared the drain and also looked at all the restrooms in the house to assess whether or not there were any other issues. He was very patient with me and graciously and thoroughly answered my MANY questions. He also provided me suggestions to prevent my issue from reoccurring as well as some recommendations for fixing other plumbing issues in the house. I had a fantastic first experience with Carpenter Heating-Cooling-Plumbing-Electric (HCPE) today. I had a strange partial power outage in my small business medical office over the weekend and I needed to solve the problem before office hours started on Monday morning. I was not able to arrange service with any of the previous commercial electricians who have worked on projects for me in the past. I’d recently heard radio commercials for Carpenter (HCPE), so I called, and they responded quickly. To borrow a sports phrase, the best ability is avail-ability. When I needed help, they were there! When Alan arrived, he patiently listened as I explained the unusual pattern of the partial power outage. He then quickly identified the faulty wire in a place I never would have expected. I appreciate Alan solving the problem and getting my lights turned back on so quickly, but as a physician, I even more value the thoughtful, systematic, and decisive manner in which Alan efficiently diagnosed and treated this electrical issue for me. It gives me peace of mind to know that such a strange electrical occurrence will not happen again. Going forward, Carpenter (HCPE) will be my first call, and I’ll request Alan again too.

Miller Ranney is great! We recently moved into our home and have had several issues. Miller-Ranney is the company that has been contacted through our ABC Home Warranty. They have had to replace our sump pump and our sewage ejector pump. Each time they have come to our home, they have been great.
