Chris, our technician was a very upbeat and positive guy. He came out to unclog the drain in our kitchen sink, and he worked for nearly three hours but finally freed a very difficult clog. Chris was a delightful young man--courteous and mindful of cleaning up any mess left over from the job. He answered all my questions, and we give him the highest rating possible--persistent, cheerful, and knowledgeable.
