Responded quickly to a request for service. I needed to determine a source of water in my attic (not roofing). Apex was able to send out Chris who quickly identified the problem with my drain vent pipes. They provided a quote and set expectations for the job. Services were pricey. Happy with my Apex experience.

My kitchen drain pipe was clogged. I called Saturday evening and was able to get a Sunday morning appointment. Nathan was friendly and professional. Rodney did awesome work! I have worked with him before and appreciate how detail oriented he is. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. He repaired a plumbing leak, replaced my sump pump with a battery backup along with updating the plumbing and replace a sink pump and updated the associated plumbing there as well. Great work!

We had a problem with an aging garbage disposer and a clogged kitchen drain as a result. Called Roto-Rooter at 6:30 AM on a Sunday and they were at our home by 8:30 AM that day. They cleaned out the drain which was a tough job due to years of accumulated biomass in the line and replaced the garbage disposer on the same trip. Very satisfied with their work, helpful information, efficiency and clean-up. Highly recommend.

Eddie is the man! I decided to seek professional help after spending hours troubleshooting my kitchen sink clog. I called on a Sunday morning, explained my issue and he gave me an estimate for an hour of work later that evening. Eddie let me know when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was very professional and cured my drain issue like a pro!

So my home warranty company sent them out to me to diagnose my hot water heater. They never contacted me to schedule an appointment, I got the appointment date and time from my home warranty company, which i thought was odd) A guy showed up on the scheduled day and between the time the was allotted. He did his estimate and had me sign it and gave me a copy and stated that it would be a few days before i would hear back from the warranty company. Long story short, I got the approval, but when i called to schedule, no answer and left a voicemail. of course NEVER heard back from them, So ended up having another company come in and replace. so if this is how they treat Home Warranty customers, wonder how they treat paying customers. all i know is I would not call them for anything !!!!
