Best New Construction in Columbus OH

I manage Eastpointe Ridge Apartments and we use Plumbing & Drain Professionals anytime we need them. Normally, we call them worst case scenario and each time they have been here quickly and their techs are very knowledgeable!! Its hard to find a company that runs the way they do and with the people they have working. They are great!!

At first it did not start well. I was referred to them by another company because the other company was not able to do it. We had a schedule for Saturday between 4 and 6. I made a call at 5:30 to make sure I was still on the list and the answer was yes and a tech would get ahold of us soon. No one called. I called about every half hour until about 8:30 just to find out our job was completed. But it wasn't. Someone did finally come on Sunday. They could not fix it. They had John finally come on Monday and he found the problem, Haley was very friendly on the phone and she made sure my problem was going to get resolved. She kept me informed on where John was at and what was going on. Nick and Mark came today and they were friendly and showed me what they were doing and explained everything to me. They did a wonderful job. Thanks to Haley, John, Mark and Nick, they made a bad experience into a good one. And will definitely call them again. Thank you so much for defusing a bad experience.

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Let me start by saying I couldn't find any reputable plumbing companies to show up for appointments or even return my calls even after having already talked to them. I'm talking multiple companies.
I hired G-Tech to install a backflow preventer (check valve)on my main sewer line to prevent future basement flooding from the city sewer line that had backed up into my basement 4 times in the last 2 years. Their pricing was extremely fair for the work involved and the 2 techs (Grant & Audie) arrived on time and worked tirelessly late into the night until the job was complete.
Their work involved jack hammering my basement floor open and digging down to access the main sewer line where they installed the check valve. They provided an overview of their work as the job progressed and after the job was complete they painstakingly cleaned all the surrounding areas so it was as clean as when they arrived.
The end result was much more than I expected. Their attention to detail and the cement finish work was beautiful. I would definitely recommend G-Tech to anyone looking for a reputable company that delivers exactly what they promise.

These guys are great, used them for routine back flow testing and occasional plumbing issues. They come out when they say they will and are reasonble.

We never call anyone else. They've done three jobs for us and did them well. They're affordable and dependable. We HIGHLY recommend them.

Mark came out on same today did a great diagnosis and helped me understand the pipe system. If you're looking for great service, you've come to the right place.

Customer service was aweful.

Ed came to the house and was professional. He took time to explain to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He answered my questions. He even went the extra step of removing all of the dust from the main unit by hand as he was testing the various components.

Don has done outstanding work for us every time we have had him come in. That includes installing a new door and preparing the family room for new carpet - removal of carpet (including taking it out to street for trash) and sealing the floor. We highly recommend him!

Quick and friendly service.

I have never used this service and I never will. I'll exolain...explain.... Turning onto 71 from Frank road one of your drivers cut over 3 lanes just to get on 71. No turn signal, speeding, cutting 3 lanes. I was in my commercial vehicle and had to slam on the brakes so I didn't hit him. (Would have been his fault). Then this person speeds onto 71 north going well over the posted 55mph limit . I could t get a van number because his speed was to great. So this driver of yours sped, cut three Lans without signaling. This happened today 9-29-22 at approximately 9:20 am. He could have caused a very serious accident, including with me.

Had a clogged pipe from the kitchen sink, draino wasn't working, using a hand snake wasn't working. After a day and of working on it and not making progress, I called around to various places. Atlas Butler could be out the next morning. Boom, perfect. Was told a professional would be between 8am and 9am. About 8:20 is when Carl showed up. I cannot speak highly enough of how personable and friendly he was. I showed him where the issues was and explained everything I had tried. By 8:55 he was finished and the sink was draining again. Highly recommend them
