We recently purchased a home that needed some electrical issues remedied. I called and was able to schedule an appointment right away. The technician who came out, Tom, was very polite and mindful of “social distancing” to the extent that is possible for something of this nature. He gave us a fair quote for the work that needed to be done. We ended up needing to replace our whole panel, which was completed today. Tom and his helper were polite and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. We would call Safe Electric again for our future needs.

The most important thing that the repairman did was be honest. He performed a diagnostic test on my outdoor outlets and saw that the only thing needed was to use the reset button. He could have said something else and I really would not have known. Nothing worse than being taken advantage of. So appreciative of the honesty.

Complex project involving installation of electric car charging circuitry, outdoor light replacement, and indoor circuit additions. Jason and his crew were responsive, intelligent, and efficient. Excellent work!

KAP Electric did an awesome job today in our home. We had updated light fixtures installed, outlets and GFI units and as well new LED Bulbs. They have great quality of work performed and very reasonable pricing. We'll be doing more business and updates in the future with KAP!!

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. I'm not the easiest customer, but they fulfil all my expectations. I will recommend this company to everybody. This picture shows the last job they did for me. Looks awesome.

I felt more comfortable with Brad than I did with the other electricians I had bid my home. He wasn't the cheapest but I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he wasn't trying to sell me on things I didn't need. His men were professional as well. I didn't hear one swear word and there weren't cigarette butts in the yard like I've experienced with other contractors. Can't recommend him enough!

I called a little before 6 pm and was told they it was after regular business hours. I was given a number to call the after hours person, Tyler, if I had an urgent. I talked to talked to Tyler about my outage problem in my Master Bedroom, dining area, and one bedroom. He convinced me, it wasn't an emergency and would be out there next morning. He had me plug and extension cord into one of the working outlets and along with a surge protector, I could get through the night.
Tyler arrived early the next morning as promised and found I had turned a couple of circuit breakers off. But I showed him an outlet that had been giving me problems and once Tyler started working on it lights started going out all over my condo. He fixed the outlet and asked if I had any other electrical problems. He found out I needed new fire detectors and could have replaced them during the same call.
The service call was $249 but I got $20 for using Angie's List. Their hours are only from 8 am to 4 pm. And the thing I didn't like was, I found insulation and small pieces of plastic under the outlet are he left. I have a cat and she will try to eat anything.

OMG! Billy Roush was the BEST! He was so honest and knowing...even educated me a bit about my box and electricity. He actually SAVED me a ton more than I expected. I will recommend him to everybody I work with at OSU!!! Thanks, Billy.

Great family based electrical outfit

I have used them many times because the quality of work is impeccable. I'm able to relax knowing the work is done right and that I can trust the electrician responsible. I know they're local and family owned, which makes me feel good about hiring in my community. I've recommended them to several family members.

Could not have been more pleased with the service received. Technician showed up when he was supposed to, was knowledgeable and able to diagnose my issue quickly. Explained the fix in detail and was able to resolve the issue same day.

I recently hired Just Right Electrical to upgrade the c/b box in my home in preparation for the instillation of a new central a/c unit. The circuit breaker box and all circuit breakers were replaced in a timely and professional manner. During the instillation we discovered that the main power line was corroded. This discovery was a definite safety concern. Upon further investigation it was concluded that the meter box and the corroded line needed to be replaced. Long story short, all electrical problems that were discovered were coordinated with AEP ( power shut down from the pole to the house) and repaired in a timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. I was satisfied with the work and clean up and would recommend Just Right Electrical to any of my friends and associates that had any electrical needs.

Just about got rear ended by an aggressive driver from this company who was making hand gestures and being an impatient jackass, because I slowed down for some rough uneven railroad tracks. I’ll be calling them to file a complaint.
