Needed a professional plumber called G&M. Appreciated the straightforward pricing structure, the friendly call agent and plumber. Will use again next time needed. Took bids from a few other firms, some never even showed up while others weren't on time, was happy to use G&M with their quality product and competitive pricing.

Same day service even though it was a Sunday. Received phone call advising me they would be a little late due to a previous job. Appreciated the update. Mike was the service technician and Bobby was the field supervisor. Both were very professional and got right on the job. Cost and options were discussed at the very beginning. Their knowledge and ability was appreciated. I would recommend them.

The Water Works saved the night. Came home from work and found a leaking water pipe. I called The Water Works and within minutes they had Arthur scheduled to fix the pipe. He arrived within two hours. Arthur was friendly and able to quickly determine what was wrong and the best way to fix it. He also took the time to do some research so he could give me accurate advice. He walked me through what I needed to do after the glue set and the water could be turned back on. I also appreciated being told the accurate service charge for an emergency late evening appointment and the charge for fixing it. This isn’t the third time ur family has used The Water Works and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!!

I had a laundry list of plumbing concerns, for my house is 50 years old, and needed some attention to the plumbing. Chris was punctual, assessed the situation and and came up with the best course of action. I felt comfortable with information he gave and the cost associated with them. Later Josh came to assist Chris, they both did an excellent job, highly skilled, personable and professional. I have already recommended Apex Plumbers Pro to two of my neighbors already. I am very pleased with this company. I will need to address a couple of more plumbing issues and will request Chris ( or Josh) as my technician.

Called in the morning and they showed up by 10am to fix the kitchen sink clog! John was very friendly and got the job done in under an hour. We are very pleased with the experience and would recommend for future use!

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.

I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! Called Ben Franklin today about gas line requirements for a tankless water heater. From my research, I've learned that these take a lot of gas. Other contractors I talked to seemed to guess about the requirements, but the guy I spoke to at Ben Franklin explained the install process perfectly. Thankful there are companies out there who know how to do jobs correctly!

Guys were here ahead of planned time, and did the work efficiently and well. 7 calls to find a plumber available before next week, I'll call these guys first, next time! They have a good texting system for appt and updates. Thanks!
