Best Leaky Faucet in Columbus OH

I never give reviews. However...... Plumbing and Drain Professionals replaced my two 12-year aging hot water tanks today. Moose and Pat were both very professional and courteous all around and very pleasant and respectful. Their professionalism wasn't phased by my annoying dogs or the fact that the job did turn out to have some complications (not their fault, trust me). Moose is very good at customer service..... explaining and answering questions when I requested. Will call them back for any plumbing service I need.

All was fine. Good communication and issue was fixed at a reasonable cost. Will use again in the future.

Kevin and his crew worked tirelessly all day to dig and expose our septic line going into our tank, so they could remove and replace bad pipes split by tree roots. We had multiple issues and they had to work on an incline in rain and heat. They were intelligent and knew what the problems were and how to fix them and prevent the backup sewage which we have dealt with 3 times! They never hesitated to explain things to us and were patient and professional. Kevin and his crew found an electric issue with our aerator that could have been a potential danger and recommended an electrician check it to prevent another problem! Mr. Rooter has provided us with excellent workers and we won't hesitate to use Mr. Rooter in the future!

He took the time to educate me on how hot water heaters work in regards to what would need to be done in my specific situation with my tank. He gave me options, which let me know he wasn't just about trying to get my money. He was actually concerned with making sure I got the help I needed. I am sorry to leave poor feedback on any business, but they quoted me one price after a competitive bid process I undertook to find a plumber, started work, and then tripled their price. Further, they were weeks overdue to complete the work before refusing to complete it unless I paid them more money. I am forced to go elsewhere, delaying a move-in date. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but it never happened. Sorry guys, but if you make a promise, you need to keep it.

Thorough though arrived late which made me have to reschedule the rest of my appointments for the day.
