The crew (Jacob and Steve's son Brett) arrived as expected with everything they needed to complete the job. They were professional, competent, and polite. They took time to explain everything to me and clearly cared about the quality or their work and my experience. I was very pleased.

Called first thing in the morning for a shower valve repair and they were able to send someone out straight away, which was unexpected but nice. Mike Jr. Showed up a short time later and replaced a shower valve quickly and efficiently, all is back to normal now. Service was fast and at a reasonable cost - very pleased with this company and will surely use them for additional plumbing projects.

Gave false information to my insurance company about the repair needed. Technician smelt horrible, he had a huge hole in the back of his pants like he was attacked by a dog or something. While giving this false information to my insurance company he sat outside (which was ok because he stunk) but never came back to communicate anything to me about the work that needed done he just drove off leaving my door unlocked (I thought he was coming back in).

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. This company is honest, thorough and SOOOOO kind!! The price was beyond fair and I can't thank them enough for their assistance and generosity!! They touched my heart! ❤️

Called around for the best price for unclogging a basement floor drain and getting rid of a gawd-awful smell coming from it. Macon was the lowest, so Tony came out the next day. He says he removed a hideous, unidentifiable object from the drain and the water flow is clear. I called him back five days later because the smell was still there. He advised we flush bleach down the drain. We poured four gallons of concentrated bleach down the drain over the next four days. However, 12 days after Tony was here, the smell is still there.
Price: $95.00.
Result: I'm calling Roto-Rooter later today to see what they can do.
