Thank you to all the people I spoke with at Apex. From the person I spoke with when I called to set up an appointment, to Both of the technicians that came out. The all were very courteous and professional. They explained everything during the process in a manner that was understandable. The first Technician called prior to coming out to gather more information on my situation so that he could show up prepared with everything that he would need to make sure he could remedy it. Then after that, the Second technician arrived and he also explained everything that we were seeing on the camera and what the next steps would be.

Bobby was very professional and fixed the leak under our kitchen sink from broken and wrong sized pipes and a clamp from the dishwasher drain hose. He gave a clear description of the issue and remedied it promptly.

We’ve used DrainMaster for several plumbing jobs. Most recently, they replaced a shower valve. They are always on time and complete the work well at a fair price.

We had a late night issue with our basement drain backing up. Jake took the call around 12:30-1am and arrived very quickly despite having a busy night of calls that night. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and resolved it just as fast. We we're getting water flooding in and we really appreciate how quickly and efficiently he was able to get it under control before we started suffering real flooding damage in our basement. I would gladly recommend Jake and ARS to anyone and plan to keep his number on standby if we have any future needs. Thanks again!

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

Your company is the best! Your men showed up with a smile, a can do attitude and fixed my problem promptly. I would highly recommend them!

Charged us $185 to snake a bathroom sink drain.
Mike broke the flange on the sink.

Took no responsibility.

Follow up (different guy), said there was NO WAY that snake could have broken the flange.

Would have cost them about $20 and 10 minutes to replace it.

Deny, deny, deny.

EDIT: They came back and handed the $185 check back. We still have a broken drain assembly.

Cannot say enough about this team. My basement flooded and I wasn’t sure what to do or who to call. So….hello google…

I called on a Friday and was told they were overbooked through Tuesday. The lovely lady answering the phone said she would still take down my info in case there was any time that came available. Within just a couple of hours, they had techs who could help.

The techs showed up when they said they would, very quickly assessed the situation and just as quickly resolved my issue. Techs were nothing but professional, efficient and so kind.

I texted for an appointment Thursday afternoon; over several texts we arranged for a repair on Friday. They arrived early (but called ahead to make sure it was ok), and were in and out in half an hour. They showed the failing part of the existing shower cartridge before replacing it. Some plumbers work alone; Hesson sent a team of two, which I realized made the process faster when I heard one of them in the basement, about to turn the water supply back on, talking with the other one on the second floor, via walkie-talkie, making sure everything was ready up there. With one person it would have been an extra round trip down and up two stories at least, more if there had been complications. Cost was ~$300; more than I was hoping to have to spend, but they were responsive, fast, and professional.

Chuck and his team did several projects for me and were always top notch with service, communication, value, and always punctual. The guys were not just there to do our projects but to show they actually cared about us! I’ll never hire another company in the Columbus area!

Michael Perry came out and cleared my sewer drain of all the roots he could find. He was here for over 3 hours promising me that he was going to clean out as many roots as he could get. And he did. I really appreciated his dedication in his job . He by far is one the best plumbers I had since the 25 years I lived here. Very respectful and kind. I would recommend him to everybody but you can't have him because he's my plumber now? Quality Drain Solutions is the company to call. ( I don't give reviews but today I was blessed and thankful for the service I received)
