Waterworks and Ryan to the rescue! Our kitchen faucet needed replaced, so based on previous experience Waterworks was our first choice. I called on Friday and Emily was able to schedule for first thing Monday. Ryan and Colin did the install, and everything was exceptional from start to finish. They were prompt and professional and made sure I was happy with how everything functioned. Highly recommend!

Harold called me before he got here to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and spent extra time trying to figure out my thermostat. He educated me on my furnace and dehumidifier. I just bought the house and am thrilled to learn about these aspects. He is professional, kind and informed! I only want Harold to work on my hvac, although I am guessing the other buckeye employees are great, too. Thanks for getting to me the next day Buckeye!

Back in January I had Tom out to do a furnace cleaning. I was not happy because he was here about minutes and I feel he cut corners. I know for sure my sensor was not cleaned. He said my blower was bad and that he would give me a call for price. He did call and said it would be $900. I checked blower prices on line and the y ran about 100 dollars so I was very suspicious. I ended up getting a new furnace through Fire and Ice. He talked me into getting a service contract which really only meant that I would get and Air Conditioning check. I had a check up scheduled for today and low and behold Tom was my service person. He did not remove debris from inside the unit. Still leaves and gunk there. He did not clean my coils because he said he needed a hose to clean it. In all fairness my faucet was not working but he made no attempt to clean it at all. And he asked me about how much my furnace cost me which was not his business. I recommend Fire and Ice for professionalism.

We are so grateful for our experience with Lavon at Stevenson Service Experts. Lavon took the time to carefully inspect our air-conditioner and explain the problems present. He executed a plan to fix our air conditioner within 24 hours and even fixed our outside unit in the pouring rain! He was so kind to our family as well as professional-- which made it so nice having him in our home. We look forward to working with Lavon again soon. We can't thank him enough!

Google will not let me write another review-- but I wanted to take the time to shout out Ernest, who came to my house today for a service check up today 8/7/18. Not only was Ernest extremely knowledgeable and skilled as he checked and cleaned my AC and heating units and made recommendations for maintenance, he was extremely kind! I loved that my kids and I were able to chat with him and that he was so courteous as well as professional.

We were highly impressed with the responsiveness of the Service team from the moment of our call to this morning with installation of our furnace and air conditioner. I called around 6 PM on a Friday evening, the Service Tec arrived by 7:30 PM and diagnosed the problem. We agreed to install a new furnace and this morning Saturday the installers arrived at 7:00 AM. All staff have been courteous and very disciplined in their work efforts. While they are still working, thus far we have been highly impressed and appreciative of all of your support. Thank you.
