My wife lost he engagement ring in the toilet and Drain master scheduled us for the next day to try and retrieve it. I was able to remove the toilet and found it and ended up canceling on them. They were too nice and was extremely happy we found it, no charge.

Meutzel Plumbing employs competent plumbers who took care of our plumbing needs for years, but not anymore.

We called Meutzel for an estimate on installing exterior pipes to drain the water from our downspouts to the street. They sent over a fellow who walked around the property awhile, then said we needed to schedule an appointment with Meutzel’s estimator, Mike Cisar. Why didn’t they send Mike out to begin with instead of wasting our time?

I phoned Mike, and he agreed to come out two days later. This guy knows everything there is to know about yard drains, and two minutes after you meet him you feel like you’ve known him forever. What a great guy!

That was over three weeks ago, and we’re still waiting for the estimate.

In the meantime, we called a company that emailed the estimate an hour after the walk-around and have since installed our exterior pipes and those of our neighbor.

In the course of soliciting bids for the yard drain project, we found ourselves a new plumbing company. They have already done excellent work for us. While they were here, I asked them to ballpark the cost of replacing two lavatory faucets, and it was about half of what Meutzel Plumbing charged us to do that job.

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Sent email in to website for toilet repair. Got a phone call back first thing the next day. Appointment made for 2 days later (which was fine due to the Holiday). Got a call back and they had an opening today. Serviceman came out, completed repair. Very professional with fair prices. Highly recommend!!!

I had Jacob and Mark out this morning to fix a leak I had with a water filter tank. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up the area and they even gave us a senior discount. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

I did some tile jobs for this company in Indiana and never ask money at front and I pay material when the job was finished the owner chuck ball ask me why so much and wanna payme less after that he start lying about things I say if something there you don't like we here to fix but he say no we not allowed there and they don't wanna pay me more than 5,000 dollars I don't recommend this company they need to pay

Very professional and friendly service. Dan came out on his way home and gave an accurate estimate. The crew showed up and got the job done. They didn't try to sell me anything or give me a false time frame for the job. Would highly recommend and I will use them again.

We recently had a water line bust in our basement, i was refered to WHP by a neighbor, and to my surprise the repair wasn't as costly as i originally thought. Within hours they were here getting the job done and treated me as if one of their own, these people care about the work they do and they will not disappoint!

Woke up on a Sunday with no Heat 10 Degrees out side We have two little ones. I called American Air Heating, Cooling, Electric & Pluming. Tom called back and was here within an Hour. Tom K found the issue and got Heat back to our House. Came back out on Monday to replace the Part. I will always call American Air they have always fixed the what was needed and Very Professional.

I had a good experience working with Jeremy and Jenny. They installed a 3’x8’ overhead storage rack in my garage from SafeRacks.com. We had to reschedule from Friday to Saturday due to a vehicle repair taking longer than expected. When they arrived on Saturday to do the install at the specified time, before starting Jeremy noted that the cost could end up being 25-50% higher due to not knowing in advance that the garage ceiling was drywalled (this would result in extra time to find the joists, measure distances in between, etc.). I agreed to this. The installation took about 3 hours vs. the 2 quoted but despite this, they only charged 25% more. Their price still beat most all of the other contractors I reached out to - some by hundreds of dollars. The install is very professional and looks like a natural fit in my garage - quality work.
