Had a great experience with Ben and Eric from Safe Electric. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and changed out 4 light fixtures quite quickly. There were some challenges with one of the fixtures (manufacturing defect) that they alerted me to and were able to troubleshoot to make the installation happen. Already have a future appointment set up for some additional work. Highly recommend! Also, Liz from the scheduling office is very friendly and easy to work with.

The electrician I hired for my home socket and switch installation was very professional and did a great job. He got the work done within the time frame that was agreed on, even with all the complications of a little-used staircase!

I had a house fire last month. Everyone is safe, but the house is going to need a lot of work. We had an electrician from Efficient come out to restore power to a basement outlet so I could run my irrigation system. On May 26th he said not only did he get the outlet powered, he resorted power to the house for the contractors to use for their power tools while rebuilding the house. I went to the house on 5/27 to plug in my irrigation system and there was no power. I turned on lights throughout the house and still no power. I plugged items in outlets throughout the house and there wasn’t power. So I called and complained. The electrician’s supervisor told me that he did restore power the the whole house and the outlet for my irrigation system. So now I’m very upset. I went to the burned house with a lamp, blender, and iPhone with charger. I made a video of myself plugging everything into the outlet he said had power and plugged the items into outlets throughout the house to PROVE there was no power!!! I decided to get another electrician. The new guy from a different company restored power to the outlet and showed me that the guy from Efficient DIDNT do what he told his supervisor over and over that he did! Every single wire in the fuse box was dangling and none of the wires were labeled. I do not recommend this company at all! They totally lied to everyone involved.

This company performed an excellent job of installing the outdoor lighting I had them do for me. On schedule and within budget, the job was finished successfully.

Unscrupulous. Gave my email so they could send info about the technician. Never told me they would share/sell my email to others. Not given an option/opt out choice. Now I get over 15 spam emails a day. Never any spam until they started sending me emails.Over priced. Quoted $400+ to replace a bathroom exhaust fan plus I have to buy the fan. Local HVAC contractor replaced for less than $200.

I called three companies to get a quote on installing a ceiling fan where there was no fixture or outlet, and Big City offered me the best price and it was a simple set rate. I was able to get an appoint date very quickly. The electrician, David, arrived promptly within the half hour window I was given and was very polite. The work was done quickly and cleanly-just a quick vacuum afterwards was all the I needed to do. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again for any future needs I have. Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

It's not often that you leave a review for someone who didn't do any work, but when I called them about power off in half my house, they said they could come out but it is likely an AEP issue. So I called AEP and sure enough it was. So the money I saved today will go to Bradley later when I call them for some re-wiring I need to have done.

Jenny's excuse was that they are just too busy.
As a past customer, I would not recommend this company to anyone, PLEASE don't waste your time!
