We've used Muetzel many times in the past. They're our first phone call for larger plumbing issues. This was a big job, major blockage, and the team was professional and communicated with me every step of the way. This was a two day job and it was determined that they weren't going to be able to complete the job. Extra services were going to be required, possibly excavation requiring the city's involvement. I was very pleased that they refunded our money for day #2 of services since they were unable to resolve our issue. I'd recommend Muetzel over many of the larger companies.

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Their whole team is amazing! They all worked so hard at fixing our issue and now everything is working great! They were all so friendly and answered any questions I had. One of the gentleman even brought my trash up for me, just to be nice! Hearts of gold and very skilled people, can’t ask for better! :)

Custom Care went above and beyond. They came out to a staked property to put in the driveway for the house to be built. Chuck, the owner, was very kind and and made sure to answer all of my questions. Zach was the supervisor on site and he was also very kind and knowledgeable. The dirt work was clean and the gravel that was spread and packed looked very uniform. They were efficient and worked diligently to get the first step of the project done! I had a HVAC contractor quote an entire replacement of both the air handler and heat pump condensing unit. When I asked Carpenter H&C for an estimate, they suggested that the air handler didn't need to be replaced since it was less than 3 years old and was rated for R-410a. I went with Carpenter's quote which was about 45% lower than the first quote I received which seemed an overkill of a job, and now I have a functioning heat pump. They seem to live up to their address (Integrity Drive). Great service and I'll consider them in the future again for sure.

They were courteous, knowledgeable and explained every step that they had to do in detail.

Lowes got them to bring out/install our new water heater due to our old water heater leaking. We couldn't immediately find the water main, the home owner thought the washing machine turn off was the main, but we called someone else who knew where it was. Guy wouldn't wait and left after about 5 minutes while we were calling older tenants. About ten minutes after he left I texted and told him we found the main and asked him to bring the water heater back. He said he already turned it in and was on to the next job. Closest lowes is 15 minutes away. Called the main office and got no answer. Next business day I called Lowes and they called the people and they said that they couldn't install it because of the water from the leaking water heater and other stuff in the way, so I went down to see if I was missing stuff. I was, so I understood that, but they couldn't install it because of leaking water. A water heater. Was told to call back once we had the water cleaned up, which we obviously couldn't do unless we turned off water to the whole house for who knows how many days. Money got returned two days later by Lowes, which just sent us into further confusion. My niece called them back today to see what had happened, and what we'd have to do to fix it. Apparently the guy who came out was taking pictures inside our house without our knowledge and sent them back to his office. I already felt cheated, since we paid almost 700 dollars to get this water heater delivered and installed and after a week we got our money back instead, but to find out he was taking pictures in our house without our knowledge is unforgivable. Now, instead of having the new water heater we already ordered, paid for and waited for, I get to go back to Lowes and order a new one and hope I don't end out feeling violated by the next group they send out, which I will beg not to be them.
