I have zero background in how to deal with electric wiring and they taught me a lot about why our electric panel needed updating and how much of a fire hazard our old version was (and how really, it needed to be changed a long time ago). Despite being such a big job, they were able to get it all done the same day (and they fit me in the next day after I initially called!)! Would totally seek out their help again!

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Bob from Arlington Electric was on time, very professional and fixed four issues we had in under an hour. He knew exactly what was wrong when he saw the issue. His service was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone and of course use him again when we need electrical help.

Daniel responded to my text and showed up shortly after. He diagnosed the issue (that was missed by a previous electrician) within a few minutes, replaced a part, and brought power back to our lives!
He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He talked us through exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. Couldn't be happier.

So far so good on the electrical work, but very poor rating for the mess they left behind. Huge chunks of mud left all over my laundry room and the large staples from previous electrical panel could have ruined my sweeper had I not seen them first!!! Please wear covers on your shoes and treat other people’s home with respect.

Bradley Electric has lost our business after previously being our go-to for electrical work. Our patio outlets needed repair: after a strong rain they would trip the breaker, but after a day to dry, we could use our patio lights and fountains again. They came out, cut the patio electric entirely, then said they needed to leave to get a quote written by the owner. That never happened. I had to call back myself, and they said they would return to complete the repair (two weeks later from the original visit). The new techs that arrived the 2nd time had no idea what the work was, and again, said they had to leave because they did not have the time or a quote to work from. Now they have stopped returning my phone calls, and we have no power whatsoever on our patio for the summer.

Bradley Electric had previously replaced our entire home panel 3 years ago, and also installed new electric lines for new ceiling fans in our house -- both of these were successful. It's truly sad to see this company slide into a state of such bad business operations that we will avoid them completely.

Don’t waste your time if you need electric work done in the city. I Called for assistance for some faulty outlets and they they didn’t want to do the work because they didn’t want to “deal with parking” even though they charge $65 for a trip charge.

I rarely write reviews. I will go to every place I can to sing this companies praises. The quality of work, the speed it was done, the value in price all 10/10. The guys were great that came and I was very impressed with Todd. He immediately was able to start diagnosing the issue and get to fixing it. This will always be the place I go to for any electrical issues.
