Best Gas Repair in Columbus OH

This company came recommended by the previous owner of our new home. We will pass on the recommendation because these plumbers are prompt, do a great job and charge a fair price. What more can one ask for?

Sheri very graciously set up my appointment. She was pleasant and conscientious. Michael P. called me on Thursday to ask if it was OK to arrive in 20-25 minutes, which it was. When he arrived at my door he put on the footies for his shoes, which I appreciated and went to work on my toilet. Michael was finished within 15 minutes and I was so pleased with how he worked and the respect he showed me. I will continue to contact Water Works whenever I need a plumber. The customer service is excellent and the work ethic is strong. Thank you.

In one word, EXCELLENT! Baumann and Sons came out to a house we are rehabbing, and replaced an old water heater, repaired a wobbly shower valve connection, pulled and replaced toilets, and removed a shower (just to name a few things!). Service was fantastic! The plumbers took extra care with every detail, right down to cleaning up after they were done! I would highly recommend them for everything from the littlest to the biggest plumbing work!

Mr. Case was, er ... um, on the case as it were. He was thorough, responsive and utterly professional. My second floor laundry exhaust was blocked (Spring - bird nest) and he cleaned the duct behind the dryer in the laundry room, went up into the attic to ensure everything was still correctly connected and finally cleared debris from the exterior of the vent. He also helped me by installing a protective 'cage' to keep future birds from using the vent as a home. After he packed up, he specifically asked me to confirm everything was done to my expectation. He didn't want to leave, unless he knew I was completely satisfied.

Best sewer hose product out there. Nothing else comes close. Simple and much cleaner to use than any other. Well Made and well thought out.

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

Very impressed with Accurate Plumbling! They were able to come out the same day we called them. Bill was awesome, very knowledgable and professional. There prices are very resonable! I spent a lot of time calling other plumbers. Save yourself the time and just call Accurate Plumbing!

I need to retract this critical review as Plumbing One did this job correctly. It was my own lack of knowledge that was the issue. They sent out on of their techs who reviewed everything with me today.
I was wrong and apologize for this misguided review.
So, with that would recommend this company to do any work requested.

We recently had a water heater installed by Plumbing one as a contractor through Home Depot. After the installation was completed and they had left I noticed that the line leading from our home humidifier no longer had a water control valve on it. I’ve contacted Home Depot’s service about this with no resolution. I should have known better than to go through HD for this. It is such a hassle when there is an issue with the work that was contracted.However, It is ultimately up to Plumbing One to resolve this as they did not complete the job correctly. Be careful using them.

Great Job ? On time and very professional !! Wonderful knowledge of what work needed to be done and how to fix it. Treated my home as if it was a mansion. Would highly recommend !!

Great communication, and calls if there are questions or things that haven't been discussed vs. doing what's easiest. Takes pride in his work, which is hard to find in this field. Didn’t even get to use the service I’m a first time home buyer and experiencing a water leak in my basement got some advice it could be sump pump so I call this company. the lady who picked up was rude and unhelpful I explained I didn’t know some of the questions she was asking me and repeated what my issue was I have no idea what sump pump parts mean should look like etc and the women literally said “All you have to do is go down there and see if it’s running “ LIKE WHAT please don’t waste your time if in extreme need because the lady who answer the phone will expect you to be an expert at what’s wrong with your home. If you have the basics of this stuff you may be fine.

Worked with this company 3 times in the past year. They always give you a cable company estimate of time, some time in the afternoon, but give a 30 minute call ahead, which is much appreciated. The 1st time they gave the 30-min call ahead and showed up right on time. The 2nd time they gave the 30-min call ahead and showed up 45 min later (okay, no big deal). The 3rd time they gave the 30-min call ahead, showed up 15 minutes later, had to wait 15 min for our realtor to finish taking photos of the house, and charged us $80 extra for costing them extra time. When I questioned them on this it took 2 weeks to get a response, and the 2 weeks wait time ended with this explanationAs to not arriving until 45 minutes is because they were in traffic and it was an estimated time. So, in summary, it's perfectly acceptable for them to run late, but if they arrive early and aren't able to start immediately, expect for them to start adding on costs. Average quality work otherwise.
