Eric has helped us with two plumbing emergencies in the last year, and we couldn't be happier with his and his team's professional conduct, efficient timing, and competitive service rates! Very grateful to have found a trustworthy plumbing service we can rely on.

Replaced sump pump. The technician was great, very professional and quick with the replacement. Customer service went above and beyond in trying to get pump manufacturer to honor warranty even though it is two weeks past expiration.

Tom removed our old hot water heater and found leaky pipes. He replaced the pipes and installed the water heater with a pan because our basement is finished. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would call Fritz Baumann Plumbing again!

Amazing company and wonderful employees. I can't say enough good things about Keenan, he was so friendly, knowledgeable and explained the whole process and went over option for me. Another great thing is it took just under 2 hours from the time he got here and looked at everything to give me a quote to the time it was installed and ready to go. This is the second time i used them for a plumbing issue and won't be the last. If you want fast, reasonable and competent work, i don't see how you can go wrong with this company. The business I work for had a main valve block, and not only did Muetzel come out at night, they came back out in the morning to finish. Very nice to work with. We will be using them again.

Recently we had a water issue in our basement. When we contacted Mr. Rooter, after 5pm, the representative realized the urgency of our situation and advised she would try to get a tech to us that evening. By 8pm she returned our call apologizing all techs were tied up on jobs and would not be able to come that night however we were listed as a priority reschedule the next day. By 7 am the next morning we had a call from Mr. Rooter letting us know a tech would be with us within the hour. Dustin arrived within the hour as promised and had our house up to working order within an hour. He explained in detail what he was doing every step of the way, showed the tools he was using and explained how they worked and also had me view the camera as it was making it's way down the drain. Dustin made recommendations to items/services we may need to consider in the future as well as contacted another individual (Jim) to stop by that day for an estimate for the additional services that may be needed. Everyone we had contact with were professional and courteous, kept us informed of every step along the way and arrived when they said they would. Both individuals that were in my home answered my questions thoroughly and respectfully.

Bad business. paid them to unclog main line, they broke it. they still charged is and gave estimate to repair their damage, we agreed and set appointment, they never showed and will not answer phone. We're out the money and still have a damaged line. Contacted the prosecutor's office and they said someone else had filed suit against this person the day before and ours will be held until the other case gets moving. I do not recommend!

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Our shower had been dripping for some time. A previous plumber had refused to tackle the job because of the difficulty. Mike from Accurate Plumbing overcame the difficulty. It took some time but the job was finished, and now the shower seems to work better than when it was new. Mike also repaired a toilets that I had asked him to look at. The charge for these jobs was more than reasonable.

Plumbing One was able to come out rapidly to diagnose the source of my leak. When I realized that the problem was something that I could fix myself, they only charged me a nominal amount for the service call. Their expertise and clear explanation saved me hundreds of dollars (not to mention equipping me with the knowledge I needed to fix the problem). I would highly recommend them.

Attempted to change appointment and the guy got defensive. Something came up (my mom was in the hospital). I called and asked to change the appointment and the guy on the phone became very defensive and said I will have to change it to later this week. He was pretty rude about it.

We have had now 3 service calls with these guys and they are top notch. Truly professional, knowledgeable - it’s like we have a new house thanks to them. Cannot endorse these guys enough!! Thank you!!
