They were very responsive when I contacted them and flexible and timely scheduling the tech. The tech was very professional and explained what was required and the cost. Will definitely use them again.

Showed up really promptly this morning to help me out. Very polite team.

The guys that showed up were extremely professional, personable, and knowledgable. Water has been off for over 24 hours due to a leak and the timing was expected to be another 24. Due to the emergency nature of the request, these two came and got the job done all while easing the worry of further potential damage and being personable. I recommend APEX to everyone I talk to. Made this experience 100% better with the conversation and knowledge.

Maybe not the cheapest but They were in time, clean and professional. Even showed me things I could just do myself way cheaper down the road.

I am very happy with the service I received. David is very professional and answered a lot of my questions.My only hesitation is with the cost of the repairs. I know everything is becoming more and more costly, but my Social Security budget is crying right now.Otherwise, I am glad to have my home repaired! And David is a Nice Guy!

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

We discovered we had frozen pipes in our son’s bathroom (above garage) and called Accurate Plumbing along with numerous others on Christmas Day. The only company that called us back was Accurate. John, one of their team members, gave me very helpful advice and told me to turn all of the water off to the entire house in order to save the pipes from bursting when they unthawed. Mike, the owner, then called me back the following day to see what the situation was and was willing to squeeze us into their schedule whenever those pipes thawed out. We touched base daily and they came out this morning, actually even earlier than the appointment time. Upon turning the water back on, apparently we “got lucky” and had no leaks/broken pipes.
I can’t thank Mike, John, Cameron and their entire team enough!!! Had we not been given their advice who knows what kind of damage we’d have experienced today. They are very communicative, knowledgeable, responsive and really seem to care. I’ll use Accurate Plumbing any time I have a plumbing situation in the future…they’re the best!!!

The crew sent in was very polite and worked well around my needs. They worked fast and clean. I am enjoying our new, safer shower. They worked easily with the VA for payment due to my disability. I highly recommend this business for all of any plumbing needs.

When you call them they do not disclose that there is a service fee. Yes pretty standard but I asked and they said no. Then they did not know much about the part I needed. $1200 to change and install. That part I can buy off the shelf at Home Depot Lowes or Menards for $750. That means $450 for an install of 1 hour of work. Very pricey. I would not use. I paid $99 for 30 seconds to verify what I told them over the phone. A waste of time and money. This is a very poor customer experience and not worth going through. Save your time and money and use someone else.

Trevor was great and I would highly recommend his business. Responsive, knowledgeable about product options and the work to be performed. After and during installation of the water heater Trevor cleaned everything around the area. Very nice to deal with. Came right out to view the issue and worked us rapidly into his schedule to perform the work. Will be using him again after the holidays for some other plumbing needs we have. I experienced great service!! I had an issue with my drain being backed up and I was able to schedule service for the next business day... what a lifesaver! Today I had Antwan clear my drain. He cleared the drain and also looked at all the restrooms in the house to assess whether or not there were any other issues. He was very patient with me and graciously and thoroughly answered my MANY questions. He also provided me suggestions to prevent my issue from reoccurring as well as some recommendations for fixing other plumbing issues in the house. I would definitely recommend to others from the service to professionalism to thoroughness to timeliness to the overall experience. Thank you Antwan!!!

Called Stacey to fix a leak, fix hot water not running and install my laundry tub after a less adequate plumber messed it up. Stacey did such a amazing job and went above and beyond to making sure the bad plumbing job done was cleaned up and installed CORRECTLY. I absolutely will call up Stacey for all my plumbing needs. He was very professional and friendly while explaining exactly what repairs he would be doing and all for a good price! I am very appreciative for his work and I highly recommend! Thanks again!
