DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. In October they came out to install a battery for my Watchdog battery backup for my sump pump. By March the battery backup began beeping incessantly. I added distilled water and the system kept beeping. I knew that the Waterworks technician had run to Home Depot to buy the battery he replaced. So I a) Called Waterworks who said, sorry, you're out of warranty. and b) Called the Watchdog battery backup company who told me that the Waterworks technician installed the wrong battery type and that it would continue to malfunction as a result. When I asked why the system had worked fine till now, Watchdog said this is typical - but the system will eventually break down.Today Waterworks came back out and told me I was out of luck because they only warranty the parts/work for 90-days. I suppose I should be happy they didn't charge me their $60 fee for visiting my house to tell me I was out of that $300 I paid them to install the wrong battery.I have a lot of plumbing choices. I've used Waterworks for years. NEVER AGAIN.

Don't use! No follow up on property damage.The main line in my backyard needed replaced due to root damage which you can image was not a inexpensive project. I mentioned to the representative giving me the quote that I had been procrastinating on the project because my husband had recently passed away. I was given assurances that I would have no problems with this company and they would do a great job. They did fix the plumbing but they also ripping the gate going to my backyard completely off the hinges. I was asked if my gate was broken before they arrived. By that he meant was my gate laying on the driveway when they arrived. I assured him that the gate was standing and functional that morning. I was told my gate would be fixed. It almost two weeks later and I've heard nothing from the company. I've left two messages with the excavation manager that have been unreturned. I was told today the message would be directly given to him. Still no call. If this is the great treatment I was promised as a recent widow I would hate to see how the average customer is treated.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Drainmaster! After a sewage line backup, another company told me they inspected our line and tried to but we’re unable to clean out the line and that the root damage was so extensive that they’d need to dig up our yard and potentially cut down our tree to replace the whole line and that it would cost $6,000! I’m so glad I got a second opinion, Drainmaster came out and was able to completely clear the line and run a camera through in less than an hour. And now we won’t be needing to dig up our yard! The technician was wonderful and they saved us a ton of money, I cannot recommend their services enough.

Was told my appt was on Friday 2-4pm, I mistakenly thought it was 2-3 so I called shortly after 3 and was told it was 2-4 and they were running on time; I called at 5:30 since there was no communication and learned they were running behind and if I would like to reschedule. I said I would wait for service call that day. I called back at 8:45pm where person answering told me I was mistaken, my appointment was 2-4 following day, no one said my appt was on the wrong day the 2 times I called earlier that day so I assume someone changed my appt without notifying me after my 2nd call. I did have a plumber come the following morning. He was professional and completed the work. Would have given him 5/5 rating but was displeased that my appt was changed without confirming with me.

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

Amazing amazing service...... Where do I start?? We had went through very frigid subzero temperatures and as we are use to we dripped our water..... I woke up at 7am Friday Feb 1 after traveling 26 days to hearing gushing water under my house...... Quickly shut everything off and went to search for local plumbers...... I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because the reviews were great, the young lady that answered the phone told me she would have plumber call me.... Within a minute I received the call explained the situation and he advised and told me they would call to schedule me..... I called them to save the time and we set up for Monday at my request because we were single digits.....

I received a call back a couple hours later and they didn’t want us to go without so they squeezed us in for Saturday The Next Day!!!

Jeff was our amazing plumber that showed up to assess the situation and see if it was viable to fix that day. Having to make several trips to get the parts he had our water back on within a very short time and I cannot begin to say how quick, efficient, and thorough Jeff was!

In all honesty I don’t think you can go wrong with Ben Franklin plumbers in Grove city Ohio they were amazing thank you so much for saving us!!!

I've used David Hesson a few times and I have to say, I really like their chill vibe and easy demeanor. I know they do great work, so I don't mind paying the prices they charge. They're consistent, reliable, and hard-working. I'm sure they'll be back soon, knowing my house. Thanks!

Demetrius and Jason did a wonderful job, AND they were FAST? I highly recommend them. They fixed our furnace and put a new filter in. This company is awesome‼️

Hader came earlier than expected which was excellent! He was quick to identify the problem that caused the leak. He showed me the cracked valve and replaced it. He worked quickly and tripled checked his work. Wonderful experience with the repair which almost made up for coming home from vacation to a flooded bathroom floor!

Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.

Attempted to change appointment and the guy got defensive. Something came up (my mom was in the hospital). I called and asked to change the appointment and the guy on the phone became very defensive and said I will have to change it to later this week. He was pretty rude about it.

Around the end of Dec. I contacted Cantrell for a diagnostic after noticing water on the floor where the hot water heater is located (they did the replacement I recalled the diagnostic trip charge was about $80).The tech stated he was in the immediate vicinity.Upon his arrival the first thing that struck me as unprofessional was that he glanced at my shoes on the landing,my bare feet, and continued up the white stairs and across my hard wood floors in his muddy boots.He turned off the main water, placed his finger in the drip pan and stated it couldn't be the water heater because the water in the pan was cold. He asked me to plug the kitchen sink, fill it with water, and then unplug. We were about 5 feet from each other and when I unplugged the sink I noticed the water begin to rise in a tube in the laundry room.He suggested I remove the water from the drip pan with a towel and bucket.I placed a liner in the trash and he removed the liner stating in a sarcastic tone doesn't it make sense? (to remove the liner). He wrapped up by stating it would cost $140 to snake (plus the trip charge fee), to call in the am, and left, all within 15 minutes tops.I resolved with drano.On 1/18 I received an invoice for $265.At 4:43pm I called the office and spoke with an Eleanor who stated that can't be right....we charge $70 for the trip charge and $68/hr for services. She said the trip charge could sometimes double on weekends..understandable but still didn't add up($140, $208 tops).She asked for the initials on the description, I told her TR, she responded oh, the owner I will have to call you back on Monday. No return call but I received a duplicate bill with $265 highlighted in bold.I contacted several plumbers and their response was a $265 15 min diagnostic trip charge was far from standard, even excessive. Inconsistent pay practices? Beware

Could not unclog a kitchen drain. No tools. No gloves. Left a huge mess and made clog worse.
