Ultimately The Waterworks were not able to help us - we wanted to run a gas line to our kitchen and it's just not possible without tearing up floors and we didn't want to do that. But the people they sent out to help us figure out some way to do it were great. Knowledgeable, professional, on-time, hard working, all that jazz. We will definitely call on them again in the future for pipe needs.

Robert did work on our pipes, one of which was leaking and also installed our faucet in one of the bathtubs for us.
