Best Emergency Sump Pump in Columbus OH

I called yesterday for a slow tub drain issue. I had been at work at Life Time Fitness and they used Plumbing and Drain Professionals. So I thought I would try it for our home. Gary was great. He explained everything in detail. He was able to assess the drainage issue and clear it up by snaking it. He cleaned up and was on his way in an hour tops. The price is very reasonable in my opinion. I will call them again and share my experience with our neighbors!

Roto Rooter got a tech out to our office within hours of our call. We had a major drain backup. The technician was knowledgeable, SO polite, had EXCELLENT communication, was very considerate of our patients and staff while he completed the job and did a fabulous job cleaning up before he left! Saved our day!!

Got a quote for Furnace and AC to be replaced along with a 30 year old Water Heater. They were prompt and professional. Price was far less than other heating/air companies and they were able to do all three items on one trip. I would highly recommend them.

I had a hydro jetting of a bit over 100 feet of our cast iron to clay main line. We had extensive root intrusion and Will did a fantastic job. He used a cam to guide where he jetted and far exceeded my expectations. He gave honest feedback about the condition of the line and I feel I have a plumbing crew I can trust. Prices are reasonable and what you would expect to pay for this job. He cleaned up after the job. Very great work, we are very pleased.

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

Our shower had been dripping for some time. A previous plumber had refused to tackle the job because of the difficulty. Mike from Accurate Plumbing overcame the difficulty. It took some time but the job was finished, and now the shower seems to work better than when it was new. Mike also repaired a toilets that I had asked him to look at. The charge for these jobs was more than reasonable.

They cleaned out a deep clog in my main sink drain line. Was super impressed with the two men who helped me. They are on my goto list now for any other future plumbing needs.

We made an appointment to fix a bathtub faucet handle that had broken off. The two plumbers they said they did not have the part, would order it, and call us to set up an appointment once the part was received. Two weeks later, after not hearing from them, we called the office to inquire about the status and were were told it would be another two weeks for the part to arrive (1 month for a part????). Two weeks later, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called us saying they had received the part, remember seeing it with your name on it, but can't find it anywhere. They' had to reorder it again. Finally, the part comes in and their fix was totally unacceptable. After waiting 1.5 months we now have one faucet handle that sits 1 inch higher than the other faucet handle. Won't pay them for this job! Won't call them again! Awful experience!

Absolutely the only plumber I would ever use again!

Gave WaterWorks a call for urgent/emergency service needed at our new Popeyes location in Grove City, WaterWorks came out 5 hours later and were not able to give me quote of service needed or give a clear solution. Technician had given quote of service but then quote had increased but still no results. Gave Stacy a call from A Better Drain to have him come out to service and address our plumbing/sewer problem. Stacy was able to come out less than an hour and solved our grease trap problem professionally and at an affordable price. I have trust in Stacy for quality work as he has serviced our restaurants in the past. This is the person to call for all residential and commercial needs. A Better Drain has my business for life and will continue to contact them for any further plumbing/sewer needs. Never will I contact or recommend WaterWorks to anyone.

Excellent company. They do a great job. I would recommend them. I got a new faucet in my shower and kitchen.
