Today Mr. Leo Long installed a New Hot Water Heater in my home, andI was so impressed with the caliber of service that I received fromhim, I could hardly wait to write this review. From the moment he first arrived at my home a few days ago to give me a quote until the second he departed today, Mr. Long exemplified the highest level of professionalism. Not only was he friendly and polite, but also respectful of me and my home. Mr. Long demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise pertaining to the service he was providing. He was perfectly patient with and thorough in response to the multitude of questions I posed. Mr. Long also took time to explain and make sure I understood how to operate the unit's controls as well as how to best maintain the unit. The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Mr. Williams was very responsive from the time I called all the way til he completed the service and left. I could tell he was very experienced and an expert in his field from our very first conversation.

My kitchen sink was leaking water due to my sprayer being disconnected (and very old). Mr Williams kept me updated with his ETA. He alerted me when he was on his way. He and his son Derek arrived, promptly assessed the situation and suggested a resolution. He even FaceTimed me from the store so I could pick out my own new faucet. They did an excellent job and were done very quickly. His pricing was very fair and invoicing very sophisticated.
Both he and his son were very personable and professional. Overall, I was very impressed with his service and will definitely use his company in the future as well as refer him to family and friends.

I thought that Eddie was a very responsible and knowledgeable person! He helped me replace a ruptured pipe in my basement that could've caused some serious damage. He did it within a timely manner and had a fairly reasonable price. I would definitely recommend West Plumbing and Rooter services to all my friends and neighbours as I do to you all!

Saved the day! At my door within hours of first contact on a Saturday morning. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Not the cheapest game in town but was worth the extra money to have it done and over with so I could get back to prepping for party!The other companies I called who advertised 24/7 service, could not get anyone out for a couple of days.Will definitely use them again.

I could give them 0 stars if I could - they don't know anything about plumbing - Please stay away even if they offer you service free of cost - complete waste of time and money !

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.
