Best Drain Inspection And Repair in Columbus OH

I have been using this company for all my drain needs, I have a maintenance crew and when they tell me they can't clear it or stop it from leaking I know I can trust them to give me a fair price. The only call I ever get from them is job is completed. Great bunch of guys doing what they're great at.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! They also employ the best plumber in town, Mike. Mike is do knowledgeable that other plumbers ask his opinion. You definitely can’t go wrong using Accurate Plumbing.

tl;dr CPR employee attacked someone in my home and later returned to my home in an act of intimidation. Police were called and my basement is still wet.

I hired CPR to find and repair the source of flooding in my basement. After they completed the work, cleaning a clogged basement floor drain, it appeared the problem had been fixed. One week later, we had a basement flood worse than the first. I called CPR, who guaranteed their work for 30 days, and asked for the men who completed the repair to come back out and look for the issue. They were able to come out that same day. Once here, the man verified that the floor drain was clean and assured me that the flood did not happen as a result of the previous clog. I asked him what he believed the reason for the flood to be multiple times. Each time he said he did not know; there did not seem to be a problem. Of course, there was a problem as we were standing in a wet basement. Another plumber who was working in my house, sensing my frustration, tried to explain to the CPR employee that the problem we were seeing did not occur until after their first repair. The CPR employee became enraged. He stood up and began to yell and curse at this other plumber. He cursed repeatedly, questioning the other plumber's credentials while becoming incredibly defensive of his own work. The CPR employee started to advance on the other plumber and in the end, attempted to strike him. I asked CPR to leave my home, but he would not stop arguing. In the end, it took two men (the other plumber and a neighbor) to escort the CPR employee out of my home. Three hours later, they returned with 2 additional men. These four men (A CPR Drain Cleaning owner, the 2 employee who were originally here and another employee) returned to my home. They crowded around me telling ME that they were pressing charges. In addition to this being insane, it was intimidating. I called the police to again escort CPR off my property. When the police arrived they determined that there was no reason for an assault report to be taken and successfully diffused the situation. In the end, the owner offered to look at their work (after assuring me that their company did not cause any additional damage). Realizing I would not receive an unbiased examination, I sent them away. No repairs ever occurred.

Chris fielded my call as the service manager on for the weekend. He was kind, courteous and responsive. When his other service tech was going to be a few hours, he went out of his way to help me. As a single mom and business owner, having an emergency plumbing issue was something I needed dealt with in a timely manner - even if it was Saturday. Chris came out quickly, was knowledgeable, and he fixed the problem. He was professional and efficient. He set realistic expectations with me over the phone for timeframe and cost. I appreciated his open communication and overall caring demeanor. I will use this company again, and would recommend them without hesitation!
