Best Drain Inspection in Columbus OH

I had to have my kitchen drain cleared. They provided excellent service, courteous, friendly and definitely a better experience than I had previously with one of the big name companies a couple of years ago. I would recommend them highly.

Our sump pump broke and as a result, our finished basement flooded. We didn't discover it until later in the evening. We contacted Roto-Rooter and they had someone (Josh) here to replace the sump pump that same night. Josh was very professional. He completed the work quickly and took time to explain the next steps for our basement cleanup. Bradley was very professional and did a great job identifying & fixing my water leak. He made sure I understood the issue and was comfortable with the steps needed to repair. In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

I found Hesson Plumbing after reading positive reviews and endorsements on our local Canal Winchester Connection Facebook Page. Not only were they able to provide same-day service, the arrived early and were friendly and professional. While they had to cut through our kitchen ceiling in order to make the repair, the explored every alternate opportunity before doing so, which I appreciated.

I did some tile jobs for this company in Indiana and never ask money at front and I pay material when the job was finished the owner chuck ball ask me why so much and wanna payme less after that he start lying about things I say if something there you don't like we here to fix but he say no we not allowed there and they don't wanna pay me more than 5,000 dollars I don't recommend this company they need to pay

This place is great! We had a busted pipe two days before Thanksgiving and the main water turn off was also leaking but once he fixed the pipe, it stopped completely. Other places were quoting hundreds and hundreds of dollars for this repair but Mick was amazing. He was in and out in less than an hour and it ended up being a few hundred dollars cheaper than was quoted. Plus it ended up getting done so much faster than it was supposed to be. We live in a condo and at first we thought we were going to have to call them to shut the water off outside but didn’t have to do that either. He was so kind, fast and knowledgeable about his job. He was great all around. I would recommend anyone looking for a plumber to call here, you’re not going to regret it.
