I had an issue with water damage and I needed to find the source and have the floors repaired.. Dan came out and replaced the flanges and installed new toilets. He also helped to educate me with what was going on. Then I got my floors replaced and he came back out and reset my toilets and make sure they were bolted down. Very professional and friendly!

We've used G&M a few times in the last couple of months and our experiences have been good. They came out to a home that we were selling in order to replace a few faucets. After realizing their work ethic and excellent prices, we decided to use them again at our new home for some sump pump work. The plumber was honest and didn't try to convince us into purchasing anything that we didn't really need. Again, they provided a repair in a timely manner and the cost was fair.

Gus was extremely friendly and thorough. He gave the quote and performed the install (fridge water line) in about an hour and a half. Also took the time to explain about flushing the water filter for the new fridge.

Drainmaster gets 5 stars for their prompt service, attention to detail and knowledge. We own an old home (1950's) with an equally old septic/drainage system. We were having back-up issues in the kitchen sink and toilets. We had two plumbers out who looked at the problem and didn't even put their tools down. They didn't know what to do. Dylan came out and was immediately able to diagnose the problem. When he ran into a snag Charlie, the owner, personally came out to make sure everything was corrected and problem solved. By the way, this was same day service. I'm a Realtor - Drainmaster is going on our highly recommended list to homeowners.

claims to be 24/7 emergency, when we call for an emergency they can't do because it may take to long to repair. I had a gas pipe leak and the temp is going to be below 30 and we have an disabled person in the house and all they can say is we can't get to you for 3 days. 24 / 7 emergency , i don't think so. Thanks for nothing

My plumbers for the day, Will and Adam, had a difficult job in accessing and repairing some leaking 62 year old pipes. Both were professional and courteous. They kept me informed during the repair process, which I appreciate. For the amount of work/time spent on this job I feel the price was fair. I would recommend, and use Mr. Rooter, in the future.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Accurate Plumbing did a good job removing old fixtures before bathtub refinish and installing new after it was done. I appreciated Mike's timely responses to me via e-mail. And Jim was very prompt for scheduled appointments and did a good work!
