Best Contractor in Columbus OH

We have used DrainMaster a few times now. Very professional and do a great job, explaining everything that they’ve found, make recommendations to remedy, etc. Zero pressure to perform any services. Very honest and great quality.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. We previously had Plumbing One install a new water heater. We were so impressed with that installation, we immediately called Plumbing One when we found a water leak in our basement ceiling. Plumbers, Tom and J.D., arrived as scheduled. They quickly found and repaired the water leak. Tom and J.D. are friendly, courteous and very professional. Life savers!!! Had an underground water main break just outside of my home which was causing my sump pump to run 24/7 non stop! My condo association Called American Leak Detection and they were there within the hour and located the leak in no time. Thanks to the great team of Wolfe, Rich and Tim, my water pipe was repaired the same day! I would highly recommend this company and especially this team. So experienced and so polite. The replacement of my water heater was covered by Home Serve but the actual work was done by A 3 Aces. The technician was Alec and he was was nice, efficient and got the work done without any mess or problems.

We never call anyone else. They've done three jobs for us and did them well. They're affordable and dependable. We HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys were courteous, prompt and clean throughout the estimation and execution of the work - a fairly nasty replacement of an old, cast iron pipe that sat in the foundation and connected to main lines inside and out of the house. They left the site as they found it as well.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They replaced the whole waterline to my house in just 4 hours and only dug 3 holes!!! Other companies quoted me 3 times what 1 utility charged me and did less damage on my yard.

BCI Mechanical was super easy to work with, flexible around my schedule and needs, and they did the work smarter and cheaper than other big name contractors that I had give me a quote on the work. They fixed a larger drain issue under my kitchen sink that had arisen recently.

There was a scheduling error (that worked out in my favor), but other than that, these guys were flawless to work with, and my tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was overly concerned with making sure the work was done right and how I expected it to be done. I'm glad to finally have a dependable, affordable solution here in Columbus that I can depend on, and I'll definitely be calling them back for more work.
