We had a drain back up that caused a short in a socket. We needed someone to come quickly, but all the local guys were a week out on appointments. Root-Rooter had Dave at our house in two hours. He was friendly and knowledgable, offering us tips to avoid the back up and being honest about what needed to be done. Great service fast!

Okay all, I can not recommend Old Hilliard Plumbing enough. Called and they were here within an hour. Super friendly and quick with repairs.

After self-repair attempts guided by the local hardware store plumbing expert failed to correct a slow-leaking toilet tank problem, we called Roto-Rooter in Columbus because of their high rating (BBB, etc.). Their service person called back within 30 minutes, and then arrived within 30 minutes later. The service technician, Christian Overfield, was uniquely outstanding. His super gracious, super polite, super friendly personality accompanied accomplished technical skill. Assorted equipment possibilities were tried until one was installed with adjustments to completely fix the problem. Super responsiveness, super service, super skill - thank you Roto-Rooter!

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.
