This is a wonderful company. They have come out three different times for multiple different issues (icemaker line leaking, pressure tank leaking, upstairs water leak, install new water heater) and have done a great job each time. They were able to come out very quickly compared to other companies and their prices were more than fair. The plumber, Chad, was wonderful too. He was the best representative for the company that he could have been. I have had no issues with anything that they touched. I would recommend them a hundred times over to anyone.

Process started off shaky, specifically with identifying the root cause of our water damage. Once the issue was properly identified, I could not have been happier with the service Roto-Rooter provided. Mathew lead our restoration project. He was courteous, professional and thorough. Above all, Mathew was ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile. Long story short, if you decide to go with Roto-Rooter, it would be foolish not to request Mathew to head the project.

As a single mom and business owner, having an emergency plumbing issue was something I needed dealt with in a timely manner - even if it was Saturday.
