Best Appliance Installation in Columbus OH

I called and made a appointment the other night , they gave me a scheduled window for the next day between 5 and 7pm , no problem. I called at 545pm just too make sure I was still on the schedule , I was told yes . Well needless to say 720pm came still heard nothing from the tech , so I called . Dispatcher said well they called you , and you didn't answer. Really, when I'm waiting for a call from the tech when his in route I'm pretty sure I'm going to answer, plus knowing I left work early just to make sure I'm home waiting , Then the Dispatcher wants to then say , oh we can get someone too you in a Hour , thanks but no thanks , that puts him here after 830pm and I get up at 430am. I'll find another company that is dependable and will truely call when in route and actually show up .. My opinion, but Roto Rooter may wanna roto rooter themselves because they appear to be full of , well you get the picture

We had some parts break in our toilet tank, called Mr. Rooter and they came out same day! The technician was courteous and clean. Our bathroom was a bit disheveled from the issue and the technician left the bathroom cleaner than when he arrived. Service was fast, efficient and good quality work. We’ve used them several times and no matter who they send to our home this has always been the case. Highly recommend.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. The pressure valve started leaking on my hot water tank. I called Plumbing One and they were quick to assist! They were able to replace the valve in like 10 minutes! Did not over charge me or try to over sell me! Thank you so much!!

After I made an inquiry via the website at 9:00 p.m., Tim texted me to get the process rolling. By the next morning, the job was already scheduled at a fair price. The tech arrived precisely on time and I want to highly commend him for his expertise, efficiency, and overall great customer service. I enjoyed watching him work and it was evident that he was a very highly skilled professional. I appreciate how he narrated the process and sought my input to be sure that the job met my needs. I also was glad to see the care that he took to cover all of the floors and the stairs to protect my home. Those details really matter. I was frankly amazed at how quickly he, by himself, completed the work.

Phil repaired my fireplace valve due to a gas leak. He was friendly, efficient, and did quality work. I would recommend him to everyone.

I needed a plumber during quarantine. Steve from Amanda Plumbing was so professional. He wore a mask the entire time, slipped booties on and off before entering the house, and maintained a social distance. The valve was fixed efficiently and quickly. Amanda Plumbing is our go to plumber.
