My furnance went out on Sunday and I had another provider come out and tell me I needed an entire new one. I quickly scrambled and called Carpenter for a second opion - they came out within an hour and fixed my furnace for a fraction of what a new one would cost.

AMAZING!!!! Had a new high efficiency furnace and A/C installed at my house replacing the original almost 40yr old system. Aaron and Hector were wonderful to work with (according to my wife). They even texted me with answers to questions that I had written on paper for the day of installation. They cleaned everything up before they left, hauled all the old equipment, boxes for new equipment, etc. away when they were done.

I got an email confirmation for my appointment, then a text message the morning of confirming the appointment. I even got a text when the guys were on their way, so I was able to let my wife know.

I highly recommend this company if you're searching for an HVAC company. Friendly and professional from start to finish.

I have found Buckeye Heating and Cooling to be fair, prompt and professional. They are not high pressure sales types. They are honest about whether something needs to be replaced or can be repaired.

Called on a Sunday and they called back with a window for the following day. The $49 service arrival fee (discounted) didn't bother me at all. However, the $252 charge for an at best $50 part left me speechless. I paid the invoice just because it would be quicker than doing the repair myself as I am not experienced in plumbing at all. The only good comment I can make is they were quick to respond and quick to take my money.

I called Mr. Matheny as soon as I saw his response. After about 8 minutes of trying to explain the situation, he seemed confused as to why I called him, he said he would look into the service call and call me back that same afternoon. He did not. I did receive a call from an employee of Service Olympians who I again had to fully explain things to in detail. After another 6 or 7 minutes, he offered a food certificate as consolation and stated that someone from their office would contact me the following day and they would make arrangements to mail this information to me. This was August 29, 2018.

Today is September 17, 2018. I have not heard anything further from this company and it clearly highlights a lack of communication within the organization or a lack of respect for their customers or both.

Very professional and punctual! Their team does not work on commission like Roto Rooter, so they did not try to up-sell me on any plumbing services. In fact, they came up with solutions for the installation of my dog wash tub and gas fireplace logs (they are licensed to work on gas lines) that saved me money.

Rep was very professional, he did a great job.

He had also recommended the solution to fix the issue as well.

From the Administration to the Service Techs, I get great service every time. We get very reasonable pricing on repair work. When we need to replace the units at some of our buildings, we get fair pricing. The guys are courteous and on time, which really means a lot since I am dealing with so many buildings. The Field Managers are very helpful and patient when I have a ton of questions. I would highly recommend Enervise for commercial HVAC needs.

Where do we begin on how amazing this service was?!! They responded right away (within two hours of our call on Sunday afternoon) and sent Antonio, who diagnosed the problem. He was very professional, prompt, courteous, and kind and took time to explain what he was doing. We were so impressed! After deciding to replace all three of our HVAC systems (due to various issues with each), Steve, a ‘Comfort Advisor’, was sent out within another hour and he was, again, prompt, courteous and professional. He went through our options and was respectful of looking out for budgets and personal needs from the equipment we were purchasing. After choosing the units, two of our three new units were installed the next morning (Monday at 8am) by another amazing team of workers- Tim, Wyatt and Zack. The three of them worked tirelessly and were very conscientious, explaining how to work the new thermostats and cleaning up after the installation. It was more clean afterward than it was originally! We are thrilled with the discovery of Atlas Butler and amazed at their service. This team of workers, Antonio, Steve, Tim, Wyatt and Zack, made them proud. If we were choosing people to represent a company for us, they couldn’t have done a better job. We are thrilled with their work and happy to have found this family-run organization to fulfill our needs. Thank you! Thank you!
