Scott was able to make it out earlier than planned, and they called ahead to make sure that was OK. And the job was done in about half an hour, so much less time than I had expected!Scott took the time to explain what we would need to do and educate me on how to use my newly-installed ceiling fan. I would not hesitate to work with this company and Scott again in the future!

PTI is excellent. They gave me a quote for a full service upgrade to replace my old Pushmatic Panel and exterior service.
