Very responsive and responded to my request within 30 minutes of asking for help. Immediately repaired a leaky pipe for me and explained everything they were doing. They answered all questions. The prices were reasonable as well.

Terribly expensive for an hour of work (350) and I supplied the replacement disposal. However, they showed up, did the work, and stand by their work. If they were a little less expensive I would use them for all of my rentals but it's just not worth it. I will use them EVERY SINGLE TIME i need short or emergency notice work done.

The repair-person got here early - not much waiting, which was greatly appreciated, since it was a sewage backup! The technician was courteous & kind, and did mot leave a mess, like other companies might & have done in the past. They gave an up-front estimate before doing anything & there was NO FEE to come out. (You could refuse service & not be charged for the visit.) Pricing was competitive. They also offered a follow-up cleaning & inspection re: water damage - this was a separate charge, but greatly appreciated the offer. Overall, it was a good experience, considering the circumstances.... Nice job. I would use them again & would recommend to friends. Thank you, Roto-Rooter!

Great company, showed up on time and tech was great. Have had them at my house a couple times and every time things went smooth and easy. Can't say the same thing about Columbia Gas, but that's a totally long and different story...

I called Service Olympians on Saturday morning, got a service charge quote which was decent and was able to get them to my home that morning to do a repair on my kitchen sink which was leaking from the strainer basket to the drain. I tried to fix it myself, but couldn't get it to seal correctly so I thought that the job shouldn't be to hard or expensive. I was wrong. The tech came by and the first thing I swelled was smoke. Way to much smoke, but I over looked it. he got to work and gave me an estimate. 1st one was $1153.00 not kidding, 2nd was $500 +, nope not me. Last was $319 or something but since I was a 1st time user I got a discount down to $298. I thought that was still too high but I needed my kitchen sink. Only reason why I gave them 2 stars was because the tech and the receptionist were polite. I checked to see what the average price was for the work that I had done and the high end of it was $271. They are way too high. Sorry but I will not be calling them again.

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!
