BCI Mechanical was super easy to work with, flexible around my schedule and needs, and they did the work smarter and cheaper than other big name contractors that I had give me a quote on the work. They fixed a larger drain issue under my kitchen sink that had arisen recently.

There was a scheduling error (that worked out in my favor), but other than that, these guys were flawless to work with, and my tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was overly concerned with making sure the work was done right and how I expected it to be done. I'm glad to finally have a dependable, affordable solution here in Columbus that I can depend on, and I'll definitely be calling them back for more work.

We had an issue with a bathroom remodel, and CBUS did a great job for us. We called one day and they were here the next morning! When the technician was on the way I received a text that included his picture. I think this is a great touch! Lance was our tech and he was great. Very professional and punctual! Their team does not work on commission like Roto Rooter, so they did not try to up-sell me on any plumbing services. In fact, they came up with solutions for the installation of my dog wash tub and gas fireplace logs (they are licensed to work on gas lines) that saved me money.

DO NOT USE. If your warranty company assigns them, ask for a new one. They came out, inspected our water heater and said Yep you need a new one, here is the estimate $359 for the things the warranty company doesn't cover, sign here and we will order, could take 2-4weeks because of pandemic to get the tank in. I called to follow up, no answers (multiple times). Finally I got ahold of someone and he said Im busy but Ill call you back. Our warranty company got involved and also couldn't get ahold of them. I left multiple messages. Its over 2 mos now and no water heater, no response and they closed the ticket with the warranty company like they had done the work. Warranty company is going to take care of us with someone else but this company is not real.

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.
