Shane came out and replaced our hot water heater. He gave us estimates on a couple of options, and answered all our questions and concerns. The replacement looks very professional and he cleaned up all debris and left the area very clean. I recommend this company to anyone looking for furnace or hot water tank repair/replacement. Awesome.

My mothers gas water heater went out and I live in Florida and was unable to help. Mr and Mrs Plumbing was able to come out very quickly and try to repair it. The unit was over 20 years old and not repairable so they needed to replace the unit. We used BCI Mechanical for a sump pump check up and installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet and new shower fixtures. Their response time was amazing to make an initial assessment! The shower faucets were quite old and they were not sure that the unit could be replaced without tearing up some of the tile. Tony said he could do it and certainly did, without any tear up at all. We ere extremely pleased with the service provided and followup services too. We highly recommend BCI and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Responsive, On time service

I recently moved to the area and decided to walk in to see if I could potentially get some contracting work done. As a potential customer this guy barks at me in stead of saying good morning or good afternoon I understand the culture that people are on the defense But it's just not good business. I now will take my business elsewhere sadly.

I was calling around, and had a few people not call back. One wanted to have an appointment made. Another wanted me to go through a contractor. These guys told me the exact price they would charge, and when they could be there. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They charged me exactly what they said they would charge. And they didn't even mess up my carpet removing the old water heater. I could not ask for anything better.

So my home warranty company sent them out to me to diagnose my hot water heater. They never contacted me to schedule an appointment, I got the appointment date and time from my home warranty company, which i thought was odd) A guy showed up on the scheduled day and between the time the was allotted. He did his estimate and had me sign it and gave me a copy and stated that it would be a few days before i would hear back from the warranty company. Long story short, I got the approval, but when i called to schedule, no answer and left a voicemail. of course NEVER heard back from them, So ended up having another company come in and replace. so if this is how they treat Home Warranty customers, wonder how they treat paying customers. all i know is I would not call them for anything !!!!

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.
