Zach was very polite. He did a great job installing out new garbage disposal! We have had problems with the scheduling with Lowes, but Zach was very accommodating in still making sure to get the installation done!! Thank you!!

Todd arrived same day (Sunday) to inspect my AC unit, which ended up needing extensive repairs. He was professional and courteous. He returned next day with all the parts and worked around my busy schedule to help us get working cool air back into my home during a heatwave! I am so grateful! Thank you!!!!

Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.

Initially a good company to work for.

Then goals become unrealistic.

Material acquisition was problematic to say the least. They never had material to complete the jobs at hand. Then wanted to know why job was taking longer.

Company supplied specialized tools, however they wanted them back almost as soon as they reached your hands.

The company vehicle was a nice perk. However, it spent more time broke down than running. When it was broke down, drove own vehicle a lot. Company paid for gas, but additional wear and tear on vehicle was out of pocket.

Overall would go back to them if I had to, but would avoid if all possible.

Green Oaks is a property management company in the Columbus Ohio area and we have frequent need for a skilled plumber at a reasonable price that can respond quickly and gets the job done right the first time. I have chosen Amanda plumbing to be my preferred provider because they meet all these criteria plus know how to treat our tenants with respect. I never have any concerns when the Amanda team is working in the tenant environment.

Some of the more complex jobs Amanda has assisted me with include 1) A broken valve on a 6 inch water main, five feet below the surface and the city inspectors demanding immediate action 2) A sewer drain that was completely plugged (this is where the jetter was used because it beyond the capability of any other tool) 3) A drain line under a cement slab foundation (they dug up the concrete, replaced the line and then re-concreted the floor).

Amanda Plumbing has been a great business partner. They show up when they are scheduled, they are super polite, perform the job professionally and quickly and charge a fair price.

The service man was very informed and answered all of the questions I had.

Please use them if you need decent work and a good straight forward price. :) will definitely be remembering them next time anything goes wrong.

I could give them 0 stars if I could - they don't know anything about plumbing - Please stay away even if they offer you service free of cost - complete waste of time and money !

This place is nothing but a scamif I could give less than a one-star rating I would. The guy walked in was here for 5 minutes never brought a tool in my house. Said it was a city issue and there was nothing he could do walked out. Yes this was done through Sears home warranty whatever. Which no longer will be getting any kind of business from me ever again if they're going to send people out like that it's not worth even paying them monthly so I will be switching.
