Harmony was the company dispatched by my warranty provider. They came out and “completed” the job. When I went to use the sink, the same problem occurred. I called them directly to see if they could take a look at it again, but no response (after two calls). Finally, I called my warranty provider again, and they said that Harmony said that my sink had another issue. Harmony never told me (the customer) this, and even if it were so, why didn’t they return my call. They get one extra star because the technician was kind, however, that does not negate the fact that the company should have responded and been direct about the “problem”. If there was another issue, if it were within their scope, they should have done it.
