Best Water Heater Repair in Columbus OH

I emailed these guys thru their website on Tues Aug 27 and Tim called me within an hour and we set up an appt for Wed the 28th at ten am. Arrived on time and had the correct water heater replacement on the truck. My water heater was 17 yrs old and loaded with sediment - obviously ready for the graveyard and had just begun leaking on Tues evening.. Had the new one in in about an hour and a half and would have been about and hour if not for the difficulty in draining it. Tim and Mike did a great professional job and hauled the old one out and cleaned up very nicely. Also laid down floor protection and were careful not to ding walls. Got a very competitive price, cordial service and even answered all of my mundane questions. These guys were lifesavers. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.!!!!

Anthony is incredible. Two weeks after moving into a new house water was pouring into my living room and puddling up in my bathrooms on the second floor. I called Anthony to see if he was available to come out and he rearranged his schedule to come to my house ASAP to help remedy the issue. Well, the plumbing was clearly not done properly, so it was quite the undertaking. He explained everything that would be needed to get things in working order and didn't cut corners at all. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and I'm so thankful he was available to help me with this as I'm not sure I would have had his level of patience and expertise with anyone else. He's kind, friendly, thorough, insanely knowledgeable and cares about setting his customers up for success. Completely transparent and insightful throughout everything. He was able to repair the leaks and ended up completely reworking the bathroom plumbing, so things now work as they're supposed to. I had plenty of questions and he answered all of them and never once rushed things. Anthony is now our go-to specialist and we will not be using anyone else for plumbing needs. We already have a couple other jobs lined up for him. I have 100% confidence in him and you should to - you'll be in good hands!

I experienced the RLA/Columbia Gas 'surprise' after they came to me to let me know they were installing new gas lines to the house and could I schedule an appt. Little did I know that in 24 hours I would be without gas service at 8PM. RLA finished what they needed to do (install a new gas line to my house) not their problem that I was not told that if there was 'any' leaks after the new line was turned on, it would immediately be turned off and I would have to contact a plumber. After being told it would be 4 hours, starting at Noon, I was planning on taking a shower at the end. Now I have no hot water, no furnace/AC, and no stove/oven. I went crazy looking for a plumber and was not sure what I was going to find.......but I found All Lines Gas and Plumbing owned by Mike Schirtzinger. I am telling you, Mike is certified, knows how Columbia Gas works, is very creative at solutions, and will wait around until the customer gets sign off from Columbia Gas and turns on the appliances. Thanks Mike...it was a long day, but a great, quality job at the end!

Eddie did a great job in repairing my kitchen plumbing. He explains everything and provides a fair price. He is professional and on time. Great plumbing expierence! Can not do wrong when you call Eddie.

Could not unclog a kitchen drain. No tools. No gloves. Left a huge mess and made clog worse.

process easy and painless, and it felt like he was in and out in no time. Very little interruption to my day or to our home, the work was done thoroughly, and we have a shiny new water heater! Aliena was also great—she explained the differences in brands and sizes and made the decision-making process incredibly easy.

Terrible service. Had a Water Heater issue contacted my home warranty company and they used this contracter. The receptionist called me the next morning and told me that someone would be out to fix it within a hour. Nobody ever showed up or called me. I proceeded to try and call the office back multiple times nobody answered me of course. They never contacted me back for 4 days. Very unprofessional and if you have First American Home Warranty and they assign this contracter do yourself a favor and request a new one

Have been calling since April to have my filter changed on whole house water system and promised numerous times that Kevin would be out to change for me and he never showed up when promised! So unprofessional. When Kevin put in the system end of last year I was told I could get replacement filters at Lowes or any store. Not true...he left no model number...no wrench which comes with system and I couldn't find a replacement filter. One evening Kevin said he would be over in 30 minutes. Never showed up. Never called. Called the office and spoke with his mother regarding these issues and she said she would call me back. Never did. NO STARS.

They do a great job for our apartment complex fast reliable. Good people here absolutley recommend

Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends

There was a small scheduling SNAFU but they made up for it with excellent work and a huge attention to detail at an awesome price.
