Cliff Fraley is friendly, professional, and reasonable. He does a great job of letting you know when he will arrive and is always on time. This time he helped us with installing a garbage disposal and replacement of sink drains. In the past he installed new toilets, the sump pump, and cleaning drains both inside and outside. He educates us on the areas he works on so that we can maintain our home better. We have referred him to our neighbors and friends, and everyone is pleased with his work.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

What does it say about a business when you phone twice and they don't bother to return your calls? If they can't handle the basics why should I trust them for anything else?

We woke up at 7am with water pouring out of a broken line under our bathroom sink. Shawne answered when we called- responded within the hour - fixed the problem - did not hit us with exorbitant emergency fees - and had us back in working order within 2 hours. As an out of town land lord it is really hard to find good plumbers that you can trust. 1-Tom-Plumber's Columbus location is fairly new, but I have used their other location and these guys are awesome! They are the only plumber/drain-cleaner I will use! I am so glad that they are now servicing my Columbus properties! Great quality work, honest, and great customer service!!!
