I called super early which is rude of me, but Mark answered and talked me through our issues. He had some time in his schedule Open up that day and came out and fixed it. Was super nice and considerate.

We HIGHLY recommend 1 Utility of Ohio. We had a water line break emergency and they responded and fixed it within one day. They were very professional, efficient, prompt and kept us informed about the progress. Landscaping was removed and when they were done everything was back in place. Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.

Reliable quality service

Have furnace and air conditioning purchased through Buckeye Heating & Cooling. Quality is good, installation was fine, prices were fair, maintenance has been satisfactory. Called them to get an estimate for a mini-split for sun room. Said there would be a $64 charge for an estimate. Two other firms are coming out to give free estimates. Free estimates are standard business practice, but apparently not with Buckeye Heating.

The young man, Mr. Mosley, was very kind ,courteous, and professional. I would recommend this company to everyone. Plus the price was better than I had previously been quoted by a competitor.

If I could give them Zero stars, I would have! Even one star is a lot!.
I hired them twice and they disappointed me every time. They never fixed the problem or even told me what the problem is. When I called their customer service to tell them that the faucet is still leaking after few hours after they left, the lady was rude and said that I have to pay again for the service when they came back. I did pay for their second service and guess what ? the faucet leaked again after 24 hours. They are not honest.
